The well-known influencer Xenia Adonts is an entrepreneur in the fashion industry, creating a line of sustainable fashion. “Holiday leftovers :) excited to get back to work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bye summer, you were the best <333 let’s do it again next year,” she said on Instagram in a series of photos showing off her fit physique while swimming and relaxing by the pool. She stays active year-round to maintain her strength and fitness level. Here are some of Adonts' go-to health habits.

1. She swims

She enjoys swimming and time in the water. “Holiday leftovers :) excited to get back to work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bye summer, you were the best <333 let’s do it again next year,” she said. According to Better Health, “swimming is a great recreational activity for people of all ages. Recreational swimming can provide you with a low-impact workout and it's a good way to relax and feel good.”

2. She likes to get outside with her dog

She likes to spend time outdoors, walking her dog. “Brat summer and it’s the same except mines orange instead of green so it’s not,” she said on Instagram, pictured with her pup. According to the Mayo Clinic, “when you stroke or cuddle with your pet, your brain releases oxytocin. This hormone encourages you to draw closer to your loved ones and helps buffer stress. Pets can also inspire you to do other activities that are good for overall heart health, like getting enough exercise.”

3. She runs

She enjoys running to stay fit and strong. “The biggest beauty of life is the companion you make along the way (:,” she said on Instagram in a series of photos, one of her running. According to the Mayo Clinic, “aerobic exercise may help lower blood pressure and control blood sugar. It can reduce pain and improve function in people with arthritis,” in addition to many more benefits.

4. She skis

She likes to spend time on the slopes when the weather cools off. “I am REALLY MAD AT YALL that nobody has told me before just HOW BEAUTIFUL skiing in Sankt Moritz is 😤😤😤 but I am not gatekeeping, look at this! Look Ma! Every time I am in the mountains I think that that’s the most majestic nature can be, don’t you think? Mountains or ocean, who’s the winner,” she said on Instagram.

5. She ice skates

She’s not afraid to act like a big kid again and have fun on the ice rink. She said on Instagram, “don’t grow up, it’s a trap!!!!!!” According to the Mayo Clinic, “people tend to be inside so much in the colder months that they forget how good it is to go outside for a short time each day. Kids in a school playground are good role models, as outside recess rarely is canceled. They play in all conditions, and so should everyone.”
