Yarishna Ayala is turning up the heat – in her workout gear. In a new social media post, the bodybuilder flaunts her impressive physique in a green two-piece exercise set, driving her followers wild. “I’m not afraid to stand out and be different. 🫶,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Ahh so amazing 🔥🔥🔥,” commented one of her followers. “Queen,” added another. A “Simple” Diet

Yarishna keeps her diet “simple,” she told Women Fitness. “First meal is always oatmeal, eggs whites and coffee. I cannot live without coffee. Then my second and third meal contains proteins like chicken, ground turkey or fish and carbs like rice or sweet potato. My other two meals are mainly fats like steak, avocado and whole eggs. And before sleep a protein shake,” she says.

She Has an Online Coaching Program

Yarishna offers an online coaching program, run by her and her husband, “specialized in achieving your goals, creating a base of good nutrition and hard work,” she says. “We have a very unique method, we provided zoom calls, and supplement plans, nutrition plans, and chat with all ‘Team No Excuses’ members. That’s my passion, help those who need help.”

Glute Exercises

Yarishna does a lot of glute work. Here is her routine:

  • Hip Thrust 4 set 20 reps
  • Kickback 4 set 20 reps
  • Squat 4 set 20 reps
  • Sumo squat 4 set 20 reps

She Takes Supplements

Yarishna also takes supplements to ensure she gets all the nutrients she needs. “My favorite supplement is the Lipo-6 Black Intense, which is a fat burner and Aqua Loss, which is a natural diuretic [and also] Protein Muscle Infusion (cookies and cream),” she told Iron Man.

Strength Training

Yarishna relies on old-school strength training and bodybuilding. She does various squats, lunges, and Romanian deadlifts in one of her workout videos. She uses many weights, including ankle weights, a kettlebell, a barbell, and free weights. I don’t deny myself anything and there’s nothing I wouldn’t eat. In April 2020 during part 1 of the season 8 tell-all she revealed she had gotten a rhinoplasty to fix her nose, saying that before it looked like a “potato.” In August 2022 she went to fellow costar Angela Deem’s plastic surgeon, Michael K. Obeng for to get more work done. “I got a breast lift and implants because as you know guys, I breastfed for 17 months — straight, no water, no formula, nothing. So I was, really need help [sic],” she revealed via her Instagram Stories. “No matter what I do, I get judged so often. But I did it and I’m happy that I did it. If I will care which everybody think about me, I will get freaking crazy [sic].”

2. She Maintains a Healthy Diet

On her YouTube channel, Zara maintains that her healthy diet, even while pregnant, makes it easy to stay in shape. "I was trying to not eat for two," she explained. "I was trying to eat just for one." In another post, her husband, Jovi, told a fan that Yara had put them on a “chicken and fish diet.” Yara loves green smoothies, blending together pineapple, spinach, cucumber, parsley, and milk in her Ninja. She also starts every morning with a glass of water with lemon. 1. She Trains Hard

"You got to be prepared for a physical element. So you need to make sure you are in good athletic shape and ring shape. Because you're doing exercises like sit-ups and push-ups, burpees, running, and lifting," Bianca said during a chat with Sportskeeda Wrestling's Riju Dasgupta. "So you need to make sure that your body is trained. And then you're doing stuff in the ring - running the ropes, doing different drills. Having a match was one of the components of my tryout. You need to make sure that you know how to have a match, you know how to tell a story, and that you can run those ropes for a very long time. Because you don't wanna be the first one to stop."

2. She Does Fasted Cardio

Arianna also does fasted cardio. “Today’s work: Hour and a half heavy back workout, 45 mins fasted cardio, finished it off with 3 hours of wrestling training today! Let get it!” she tweeted about one of her workouts.

In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

Romani has her own charity, Help Miami Cats. She talked about how she started this in the caption of this Instagram post. “❤️ Guys!!!! I have always loved cats and had many growing up. When I moved to Miami Beach I met a great calico named Chacha and learnt that cats were brought to the city by Mayor Lummus … against rodents. Cats rely on volunteers for their food and water and there’s a huge amount of them. There’s a city program to Spay and neuter with the wonderful @sobecats ladies and the feeding is made official by a City Sanctioned badge, yet new cats keep getting dumped daily sadly and there’s a never ending amount of work, emergencies and so on. I was on a feeding rotation but during the pandemic I was left alone caring for so many as people left town or couldn’t afford feeding anymore …I decided to start my own non profit @helpmiamicats . We feed close to 200 and when Batman got paralyzed took him and other special needs cats under my care … @stevensachs69 with the cat room and the amazing people involved devote their lives to these special souls … My life has changed a lot too … way less spare time, way more sweat and tears and lost the person I had by my side who had sadly other priorities … yet gained so much love from these lovely creatures !!!
