Kassandra Reinhardt is a yoga instructor. She also has a large following on Instagram. In a recent post, she did some poses, updated her followers on her animals, and shared some advice for the new year. “I am dreaming up some new offerings for you in 2025 (virtual moon circles anyone?🌙) and contemplating what I want the future of Yoga with Kassandra to be. If I'm honest, I sometimes feel a bit limited by it and have lost inspiration over the past year, but it's slowly coming back. I need a rebrand or a re-visioning of sorts. Yes, it's yoga with me... but maybe it could be more too? Life with Kassandra. I don't know. She Practices Yoga
Yoga is one of the main ways that Reinhardt stays in shape. Harvard Health says that it can have a lot of health benefits. “Yoga is known for its ability to soothe tension and anxiety in the mind and body. But it can also have an impact on a person's exercise capacity. Researchers studied a small group of sedentary individuals who had not practiced yoga before. After eight weeks of practicing yoga at least twice a week for a total of 180 minutes, participants had greater muscle strength and endurance, flexibility, and cardio-respiratory fitness.”
She Focuses On Her Health
Reinhardt makes her health a priority. She talked about what she does to maintain it in the caption of this Instagram post. “I've been focusing a lot on physical health these past three weeks. I'm eating better and bought a walking pad which I'm obsessed with! Walking is the #1 way to lift my mood, no doubt about it. Fall always feels like the time of the year to get back to practices that nourish me and feel good. So a lot of saunas, way less fast food, more walking and lots more quality sleep!”
She Hikes
Reinhardt loves to go for hikes to keep herself in shape. She and her friends took a trip to Yellowstone and made sure to do some hiking. Reinhardt shared some highlights from the trip in this Instagram post. She captioned it, “Mountain therapy 🏔 It's so beautiful here! Is there a greater joy in life than traveling with girlfriends??”
She Uses Affirmations
Reinhardt likes to say affirmations to herself to help with her mental health. She shared some of them in this Instagram post’s caption. “Today's Affirmations: 🦋 I am a powerful manifestor 🦋 All is well and I am safe 🦋 I am never alone and I reach out for support when I need it 🦋 Every cell in my body is vibrant and healthy 🦋 I can accomplish anything I set my mind to 🦋 Gratitude guides my thoughts, words and actions 🦋 I find balance between work and play. Repeat as needed! Personally today I'm in need of the balance between work and play affirmation.. 🫣 It's a work in progress.”
She Swims
Reinhardt likes to swim to keep herself in shape. She shared this post on Instagram of herself in a pool. Swimming.org states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Swimming uses all the muscles in the body so whether you swim a gentle breaststroke or hammer butterfly, you will get a full body workout. Plus, exercising in water makes your body work harder so 30 minutes in a pool is worth 45 minutes of the same activity on land.”
