Yoga is the main thing that Stiles does to keep herself in shape. Stiles captioned it, “When you feel like you need to control the whole universe or everything is going to fall apart, do this practice. It works every time. I’m here in Chicago for my good friend @avantikumarsingh book launch for the Longevity Formula. I’m leading a little softness yoga class today and moderating her book event tomorrow. This practice brings me back to center every time. Teach your friends and family too. Great for holiday gatherings.”

She Takes Care of Her Skin

Stiles is a big believer in caring for herself. Space opens up for you to be comfortable with yourself. Space opens up for you to be at ease with yourself. Space opens up for you to feel more like yourself, while with yourself and around others. This is magic and creates more magic when you open yourself to those around you. You start to notice differences in yourself and others as beautiful, interesting and a place of connection. Imbalanced tendencies to conform to whatever thing of the moment does not exist here. You are celebrated for being the real you.”

Stiles likes to use weights to workout. She shared some of her favorite yoga exercises with weights in this Instagram video. Stiles captioned it, “Weights with ease ✨ I’ve been doing yoga -> weights -> yoga twice a week with on the Strala Yoga app for a few months now, in addition to our daily yoga practice.
