Yoga Stunner Hannah Barrett in Two-Piece Workout Gear Says "Now is the Best Time to Start"

Here’s how she stays in shape.

Hannah Barrett/Instagram

Hannah Barrett is a yoga professional and influencer. She has a large following on Instagram. Barrett recently shared a video of herself doing poses on her page. She captioned it, “‘The scariest moment is always just before you start’. #stephenkingquotes. Start now, even if your hands are trembling because what’s the worst that can happen?”

She Does Yoga

Yoga is naturally one of the ways that Barrett keeps herself in shape. John Hopkins Medicine states, “Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility. Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength. Yoga helps with back pain relief. Yoga is as good as basic stretching for easing pain and improving mobility in people with lower back pain. The American College of Physicians recommends yoga as a first-line treatment for chronic low back pain.”

She Does Slow Movements

Barrett likes to do slow movements when she does yoga. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram video. “Friday Challenge: Try these two sequences and imagine that with each transition, you’re wading through honey. 🍯✨Why? This imagery slows you down, builds strength and creates a deeper connection to your body. 🌀By imagining resistance (like honey, water, or even thick fog), you activate muscles more consciously, enhancing control and flow. Plus, it’s an amazing cue to share with students—it helps them feel the practice rather than just do it. 💫Next time you roll out your mat, give it a go! Move intentionally, feel the difference, and let me know how it transforms your practice. 💛”

She Has A Job She Loves

Barrett talked about the importance of doing what you love in the caption of this Instagram video. “For years, I followed the path I thought I was supposed to take—maths degree, ten years as an actuary, ticking all the boxes. But deep down, something didn’t feel right. It wasn’t easy to admit that the life I’d built wasn’t the one I truly wanted. But when I did, everything started to change. Yoga helped me reconnect with what really lights me up, and now I get to share that with others every day.”

She's Intentional

Barrett is all about being intentional. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram video. “It’s not about faking it—it’s about intentionally stepping into the version of yourself you want to become. Every small action you take sends a powerful message to your brain, reshaping how it sees you. 💡 Start showing up today as the person you aspire to be, and watch your mindset and life transform.”

She Walks

Barrett likes to walk to keep herself in shape. She says in the caption of this Instagram video that walking is a mood booster for her. “If you’re having one of those days where you just can’t shake the funk, try these simple mood boosters—backed by neuroscience—and best of all, they won’t cost you a penny. Also, don’t forget to grab your free copy of our Yoga for Brain Health ebook (linked @hannahbarrettyoga) which includes a FREE 14 day yoga programme just for you. Mood boosters:🚶🏾Take a mindful walk – A quick walk outside can reduce stress and boost your endorphins. Nature’s a great reset button.”

Adriene Mishler, a renowned yoga influencer and creator of the popular "Yoga With Adriene" platform, is known for her holistic approach to health and wellness. Recently, she shared an Instagram video, captioned “Happy Sunday,” where she showcased a new routine while wearing a stylish two-piece exercise set. Adriene incorporates yoga, walking, running, and strength training into her fitness regimen, while maintaining a pescatarian-inspired diet and prioritizing self-care practices like reading. Here’s a closer look at her balanced lifestyle habits.

Yoga

Adriene is a big advocate of yoga, maintaining that she “cried tears of joy” during her first yoga class. “I want people to understand that you don’t have to be ‘good’ at yoga to feel the benefits of yoga – you just need to show up. The magic doesn’t happen when you ‘get’ a certain pose, either; it happens when you realise you’re in charge of your own happiness on your yoga mat,” she told Women’s Health.

Running, Walking, Strength Training

Adriene mixes other workouts in. “I get on my mat most days, but I’ll also take my dog, Benji, for a walk and I try to do one short daily run, too. I started resistance training because I wanted to become a better runner and to do something new where I wasn't the expert. I pushed too hard at the start, but sessions with a trainer who specialises in mobility and strength training have helped me find balance. It’s been good for my mind to do something that I originally sucked at,” she added.

Pescatarian Diet

Adriene sticks to produce and stuff that swims. “I’m basically vegetarian but if I’m visiting somewhere by the coast I might order some fish. However, lately, I’ve been learning more about the impact of fishing on the ocean and I’m questioning whether I should fully cut it out. I’ve had phases where I’ve been vegan – except for eggs. I couldn’t be without them,” she told Women’s Health.

Here Is What She Eats in a Day

Adriene offered Women’s Health a glimpse of her daily menu. For breakfast, “I make breakfast tacos a lot. My classic is egg, spinach, onion and garlic in a tortilla, which keeps me going into the afternoon,” she says. “I’ll snack on a banana and a big handful of nuts, or almond butter on rice cakes, with an Americano,” she continued. And dinner? “A go-to dinner is a bowl of the big batch of green soup I make weekly alongside a bean and quinoa salad,” she said.

Reading

Curling up with a good book is one of Adrien’s self-care methods. “I started my career acting in films and still love the movies. Nothing helps me switch off from work quite like reading, though,” she said. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Nikki Garcia, also known as Nikki Bella, is a former pro wrestler. She and her twin sister, Brie, were known as the Bella Twins in the WWE. Garcia and her sister also starred in the E! Reality series Total Divas, Total Bellas, and have a podcast together. Garcia will also appear on the upcoming season of The Traitors. She recently posted a carousel post on Instagram, captioning it, “Tis’ the season to be Jolly lol right @brie ?! 🎅🏻Catch up on the latest episodes of @thenikkiandbrieshow We had such an incredible interview with @carichampion love her so much! And finally got to talk a little bit about when I hosted @netflix Unfinished Beef! That’s where I met Cari! 😍 She just blew my mind!! Her interview has such great advice and inspiration in it so make sure to take a listen! ✨🤍Also if you haven’t heard I’m on the next season of @thetraitors.us premiering January 9th on @peacock Mark those calendars 💋”

She Does Squats

In her Instagram post, Garcia included a video of herself doing squats at the gym. Squats have a lot of health benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says that the exercise is a great way to burn calories. “Engaging large muscle groups helps burn calories both during and after exercise. One study found that squats burn about 35 calories per minute, aiding in weight management and fat loss.”

She Lifts Weights

Garcia likes to lift weights to keep herself in shape. In her Instagram post, she is seen doing squats with a weighted bar. Garcia talked about her approach to lifting weights in an interview with Us Weekly. “More repetition, less weight. But I miss squatting heavy. I feel like my legs were able to get toned and my butt stayed bigger.

She Does Barre Classes

In her Us Weekly interview, Garcia shared some of her favorite workouts. One thing she likes to do is go to barre classes. ACE Fitness states that these exercises have a lot of benefits. “Traditional barre classes typically focus on exercises that help participants with posture, alignment and proper engagement of the core stabilizer muscles used for many positions that must be held for extended periods of time. An important feature of barre workouts is holding a position to keep the engaged muscles under isometric tension.”

She Does the Elliptical

Garcia also told Us Weekly that she uses the elliptical to keep herself in shape. The Cleveland Clinic states that the elliptical has a lot of benefits. “Using an elliptical machine can give you a great cardio workout. Your speed and machine resistance will affect your workout intensity and how hard your heart works. (For moderate intensity, you should feel slightly out of breath yet still be able to have a conversation.)”

She's All About Body Positivity

Garcia is all about body positivity. She revealed in an interview with Us Weekly that she got this from her mother. “My mom said, ‘You’re gonna be my age one day and will look back and be like, why didn’t I appreciate that body more?’,” Garcia explained. “[God] didn’t make me a size 2 or 0. He made me curvy in a beautiful and ass-kicking way!”

Shakira is starting her year off with a workout! In a new social media post the singer shows off her amazing body in a two-piece exercise set as she preps her body for tour with a hard core exercise session. “Starting my year. Getting ready for all of you. See you at the shows!,” she captioned the set of Instagram snaps. “😍😍 WOW,” commented one of her followers. “The hottest queen ♥️🔥” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Loves Board Sports

Shakira is all about board sports, which she picked up during the pandemic. “These new hobbies that I never thought I’d be able to take on later in life, skating and surfing—they are very therapeutic and liberate my mind,” she told Cosmopolitan. “I’m not a great surfer. I just started a year ago, and it’s a hard sport to make progress on. It’s unbelievable how much pleasure I find in this. How all my troubles are washed away by the waves. There’s something about the ocean and the salt and the wind that heals all the wounds. I found that’s my own meditation, but it wouldn’t be bad if I do the real kind. I think I need it.” Surfing provides many health benefits, per Better Health. This includes cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. “Once you’re standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up,” they say.

She Wears A Heart Monitor

Shakira likes wearing a heart monitor, which "keeps her the most focused," her trainer said. “Maintaining a certain heart rate for a prolonged period of time can help you burn more calories and fat while also improving your cardiovascular health,” confirmed Chris Travers, MS, to the Cleveland Clinic. Also, “it’s also possible to overexert yourself, and a heart rate monitor can alert you to that danger, too.”

She Does Cardio

Shakira does cardio intervals. “Some days we do just cardio and then strength and some days we start with strength and then do cardio, we like to mix it up," Kaiser told E! News. "I want to make sure that she is improving her endurance so that she can go into a two-hour show and also has the strength and stamina to make it through a five-month tour. It's about making sure she gets a little bit of everything."

She Eats Lots Of Protein

Shakira makes sure to include protein "in every meal," she told E! News.“We did some protein shakes, protein pancakes, and I would peel a couple of oranges and slice them up and top them with turmeric and cinnamon. It is pretty much about making it fun and different and also the presentation,” she said. According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW), but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

She Lifts Weights

Shakira lifts weights with Anna Kaiser doing five-day-a-week sessions and sometimes two-a-days. "We alternate between strength and cardio intervals. Some days we do just cardio and then strength and some days we start with strength and then do cardio, we like to mix it up," Kaiser told E! News. "I want to make sure that she is improving her endurance so that she can go into a two-hour show and also has the strength and stamina to make it through a five-month tour. It's about making sure she gets a little bit of everything." The Mayo Clinic explains that strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you develop strong bones, manage your weight, enhance your quality of life, manage chronic conditions, and sharpen your thinking skills.

Tammy Hembrow is sharing a new workout routine in her exercise clothes. In a new social media post the influencer and trainer shows off her amazing body in a two-piece set. “Train w me 💪🏼🤍 workout from @tammyfitapp ofc. I feel SO good after the last TF challenge (even though I missed some of it) I still feel like I saw such good results. I’m fullyyy locked in at the moment in the lead up to the wedding so you will find me skipping no days 🙅🏼‍♀️ nothing like a little extra motivation. You’ll find me doing our ‘gym based glutes’ program til the next challenge,” she captioned the Instagram clip. Keep reading for details about her exercise routine and diet.

1. Meditation

“Meditating really changed my life when I first really discovered its power,” Tammy revealed Instagram post. “One of the first times I tried it I got into a deep meditation & had a full out of body experience completely disconnected from my physical being and there was really no looking back from there. I decided then I would dedicate my life to becoming the healthiest happiest version of myself. Meditating for even just 10 minutes a day can help relieve stress, calm your mind & clear it of negative thoughts, and help you really focus on the present 🍃 There’s no doubt in my mind meditation has helped me not just in daily life but even in my businesses & creativity.” The Mayo Clinic backs up Tammy’s claims. “When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress,” says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

  • Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
  • Building skills to manage your stress
  • Increasing self-awareness
  • Focusing on the present
  • Reducing negative emotions
  • Increasing imagination and creativity
  • Increasing patience and tolerance
  • Lowering resting heart rate
  • Lowering resting blood pressure
  • Improving sleep quality

2. Pilates

Tammy also does Pilates, which she says “strengthens your deepest core muscles,” improves posture and alignment, increases flexibility, and helps with strength training. The Mayo Clinic adds that it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

3. Dynamic Stretching

Tammy Hembrow.3Tammy Hembrow/Instagram

Tammy starts her workouts with dynamic stretching. “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints,” says Harvard Health. “Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”

4. Here Is Her Workout Routine

Tammy Hembrow.4Tammy Hembrow/Instagram

“Let’s hit legs again,” she writes about her recent video. In it, she does sumo squats to sumo RDLs, reverse lunges, hip thrusts, band abductions, and upright kickbacks.

5. Strength Training

Tammy relies on strength training workouts. “I used to work out a lot more before having my kids but currently, I work out 3-4 times a week,” Tammy told Women’s Best. “I find this is enough for me right now because I’ve been working out consistently for years and I know my body and when to increase or decrease my calories to help with my goals.” What motivates her to exercise isn’t just her body. “I honestly feel better when I get my workout in, less sluggish and I find it easier to keep up with my kids,” she told New Idea about one of her motivations to sweat. “I honestly feel better when I get my workout in, less sluggish and I find it easier to keep up with my kids. Whether it’s a gym workout or HIIT home workout I always try to fit it in when I can.”

Sophie Piper is embracing island life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. UCLA Health reports, “Cottage cheese’s protein content and low calories make it an ideal food for weight management. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”

It’s hard to believe that Jennifer Aniston is 55 and turning 56 in February! Since soaring to fame in 1994, the Friends star has hardly aged in the three decades that have passed – and she has never been secretive about her devotion to health and wellness. Her hard work over the years has paid off through her strong and lean body and ageless looks. Here is everything you need to know about Jennifer Aniston’s approach to longevity.

She Maintains a High Protein Diet

"My nutrition is very much the same. It's usually a lot of high protein, vegetables, salads, soups,” she tells People. “I do 80/20. I give myself days where I can have whatever I want. I don’t deprive myself,” she added to TODAY. Why should you consider amping up your protein intake? According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW) but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

She Cheats on Occasion

Jennifer allows herself to indulge in “everything I would possibly want on a weekend,” she told People. Her cheat meal “depends,” she says. “I mean, dare I sound repetitive, but Mexican food is a real favorite of mine. It's not even that much of a cheat, to be honest. Or a cheeseburger or pizza or pasta — all that stuff.”

“My bigger challenge is sleep. I think that’s all part of our nutritional hygiene — the amount of water we get as well as the amount of sleep we get. It’s the combination of all of those things that make your workouts the most effective," she told TODAY.

“I’ve become gentler with myself,” she says of her approach to fitness, which has “definitely evolved” over the years. “I find that I can be gentler on my body and still get the benefits of a great workout,” she told Prevention. She specifically loves P.Volve workouts, a functional fitness that helps you “function throughout the day” and “work out your essential muscle groups to keep your body strong,” she says. “So you can live a long, healthy, strong life.”

She Hydrates
