She Uses A Powder & Setting Spray
In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Zara shared some of her go-to skincare products. She says that she uses powders and setting sprays to keep her makeup looking good all day. “I have super-oily skin. Whenever I put on makeup, it just eats it right off. So, I always need to powder so much, like, bake everything, [use a] setting spray just for it to not melt away.”
She Loves Juices
Zara shared some of her go-to meals in an interview with Women’s Health, as reported by Yahoo. She says that she makes sure to stay hydrated, and makes juice in the morning. “I like a lot of juices. If I don’t have a smoothie, I would have a glass of juice—any flavor: red, green, yellow, doesn’t matter.”
She Loves Fish
One of Zara’s go-to healthy foods is fish. She tells Women’s Health, via Yahoo, that she loves sushi in particular. “Sushi is one of my favorites. Nigiri, a classic piece of fish on some yummy rice is my go-to. I also love toro, the fatty tuna, or fatty salmon.”
She Loves Nuts
Zara admits to Women’s Health, via Yahoo, that while she does snack, she makes sure to grab healthy options. In particular, she loves eating nuts. “I like almonds and love pine nuts,” she says. “Those are probably my favorite. Sometimes I roast them with some lemon and salt.”
She Makes Eggplant Toast
Zara loves to cook healthy meals for herself, and shared one of her go-to recipes with Women’s Health, via Yahoo. “I love to have nibbles,” says Zara. “One thing that’s really really yummy is to toast some bread in the pan with garlic, then fry some aubergine [eggplant]. You get the aubergine soft and nice, slap it on that little piece of bread, and then put some mozzarella on it.”
