Zoë Kravitz is something of a chameleon when it comes to her on-screen roles—from The Batman to Mad Max: Fury Road, she manages to make having a lithe yet muscular physique look effortless. The 34-year-old actress has an approach to health, wellness, and beauty that focuses on diet, exercise, and most important of all, happiness. Here’s how Kravitz stays so fit, and what her wellness mantra is for her most fulfilling life.

1. Cardio and Squats

Kravitz has a simple yet effective approach to her fitness—she works out at home, and doesn’t make it complicated. “I do simple cardio, and sit ups and squats,” she says. She also loves visiting her favorite Korean spa in Los Angeles for self care.

2. Lots of Water and Vegetables

Baked,Seasonal,Vegetables,With,Herbs,,Healthy,Vegetarian,Meal,,Top,View,Shutterstock

Kravitz focuses on a vegetable-heavy diet with room for the occasional treat. “Trying to drink enough water is such a huge thing,” she says. “I really don't. Sometimes I'll realize it's five o'clock and I've had the tiniest glass of water. I try to go to the gym or at least walk and move my body around. I try eating well—making sure you're eating greens or steamed veggies, or stuff that doesn't have a lot of oil or chemicals. But if you want to go to McDonald's every once in a while, do it! But it's about clean food that hasn't been processed.”

3. Hiking and Elliptical Machine

Sporty,Girl,Exercise,On,Elliptical,Cross,Trainer,At,GymShutterstock

For Kravitz, working out is a form of self-care. “Working out is my alone time,” she says. “Depending on where I am, I go on runs or hikes or do the elliptical at the gym. I don’t get too fancy.”

4. Personal Trainer Five Days a Week

Kravitz mostly likes to work out by herself, but used a trainer during the pandemic lockdowns. "I’ve been working out virtually with my trainer David Higgins five days a week,” she says. “And it’s actually been really great because it’s been giving me some kind of structure because I do it at the same time and it also makes the weekends feel like a weekend because I don’t workout on the weekends and it gives me just, oh, it’s a different kind of a day."

5. Catwoman Training

2022 GQ Men Of The Year Party Hosted By Global Editorial Director Will Welch - ArrivalsGregg DeGuire/FilmMagic

Kravitz says her training regimen for her role as Catwoman in 2022 movie The Batman was hardcore. "It’s pretty intense," she said at the time. "We started shooting two weeks ago, but before that I was in London for two months, just getting in shape, training, learning fights… I can fight now."

6. No Processed Foods

Kravitz enjoys a healthy, gut-friendly diet not just for health but for skincare. “[Facialist] Terri Lawton tells me food directly affects your skin,” she says. “So does stress. Eat well and stay calm. Water, organic non-processed foods, supplements like fish oils for the skin, and probiotics for digestion.”

7. Embracing Her Beauty

94th Annual Academy Awards - ArrivalsDavid Livingston/Getty Images

Kravitz has no interest in looking like everyone else when it comes to her physique and appearance. “To me, beauty is an attitude, you know?” she says. “When I see someone who is comfortable in their own skin and knows who they are, I think that’s gorgeous. I’ve seen so many people who on paper are ‘beautiful,’ and there’s just nothing behind the eyes—they’re totally insecure, and all of a sudden, the beauty doesn’t mean anything, and I don’t find them beautiful anymore. That beauty lasts about two seconds.”

In an Instagram post captioned, “Blink Twice in theaters August 23rd 🌴,” Zoë Kravitz absolutely stuns in her chic black gown that fits her body like a glove. The American actress broke into the Hollywood scene, known for her roles in X-Men: First Class, the Fantastic Beasts series, Divergent, Big Little Lies, and Mad Max: Fury Road to name a few. Her impressive career aside, she focuses a lot on health and wellness, prioritizing her well-being. What does she do to stay fit and healthy? We did some digging to find out.

1. She includes floor exercises

Zoë always makes time for floor exercises, including anything from leg workouts, sit ups, and even good old-fashioned stretching. “I've worked with a lot of trainers over the years for shows and films, so I know enough about fitness to do things on my own at this point,” she said.

2. She squeezes in a workout

Regardless of how busy she is, she always prioritizes squeezing in a workout. “I'll go late at night, like 10 p.m. I think it helps me sleep, and it's very important to sweat and move your blood,” she told Harper's Bazaar. “My gym in Brooklyn is really small, and I'll just go on the elliptical for 30 minutes, long enough to work up a sweat, and then I'm good.”

3. She drinks plenty of water

Ice,Cubes,In,A,Glass,With,Crystal,Clear,Water,OnShutterstock

Zoë works hard to avoid processed foods, and keeps her body healthy with supplements and by hydrating. According to the Cleveland Clinic, “the National Academies of Science, Engineering and Medicine recommends the following for daily fluid intake: 125 ounces (3.7 liters) for males and 91 ounces (2.7 liters) for females. But here’s the thing: Consider those numbers a starting point.” Professionals say you need to factor in your diet, metabolism, location, size, physical activity and health.

4. She includes supplements into her diet

Fish,Oil,Capsules,On,Blue,Background,,Fish,ShapeShutterstock

In addition to focusing on avoiding processed foods and staying hydrated, she takes supplements to maintain her health, as well, like probiotics and fish oil. According to the Cleveland Clinic, “proponents claim that fish oil can lower your risk of heart disease by decreasing blood pressure and cholesterol. That’s because fish oil supplements are a pill form of omega-3 fatty acids, which have been studied for decades and have proven benefits for heart health.”

5. She eats healthy

When it comes to eating habits, Zoë really focuses on making healthy choices. She goes for a lot of vegan, wholesome options majority of the time. “I try to be conscious about where it's coming from,” she said about her food.

While it might be impossible to fathom, Zoe Saldana, the ageless star of Guardians of the Galaxy, recently turned 43. 1. Interval Training Is More Effective Than Straight Up Cardio

The 2019 Met Gala Celebrating Camp: Notes On Fashion - Arrivals Getty Images

You won’t find Saldana sweating it out on a treadmill for hours at a time. "Between travel, meetings, and shoots, schedules are rough for me. I try to work out three times a week, but I don't believe in getting on one machine for 30 minutes,” she told Shape. “If I do a lot of cardio, it usually just means I'll be dragging my feet for the rest of the day. And when I'm shooting, I really don't like to be strict with my workout, since I'm already putting in 16-hour days. So I do 20-minute intervals either at the gym or at home, where I run in place for 30 seconds, then do squats, then carry a heavy medicine ball a few times in a row until I get my heart rate up."

2. It’s All About Balance

Selection,Of,Healthy,FoodShutterstock

Zoe, who was diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis in 2012, believes that a healthy diet is a balanced diet. "Once you know better, you can't not care," she explained to Shape about her devotion to healthy living. While she still indulges in wine or cookies on occasion, she adheres to the 80-20 approach. “I don't believe in cheat days because I don't believe in diets,” she explained. “I try not to deprive my body of anything, because the moment I have just salads and protein for a few days, I crave carbs. But when I eat everything in balance, I think less about food and more about everything else. It's about eating to live, not living to eat."

3. Skip a Workout? Eat Healthier

If you can’t get your regular workout in, simply make up for it with your diet. "I can't work out regularly, so I compensate by eating a lot healthier than I might otherwise,” she explained to Shape. “Once you have relatively healthy eating habits, your workout can become playing with your kids, strolling around the neighborhood, playing airplane, or just changing diapers."

4. Eat As Clean As Possible

Vegan,Date,Chocolate.,Chocolate,With,Nuts,And,Goji,Berries.,HomemadeShutterstock

Zoe makes it a point to eat as clean as possible. "If my husband and I had different professions, where we didn't need to shop in supermarkets and could live more naturally, we could eat more sustainably. I grew up partially in the Dominican Republic, and I remember what eating was like when my grandma would pick herbs from her garden and we'd get seafood that had been caught that morning. Life was very simple and much healthier. It's not that I like to eat superlight, just superclean. I like food that is fresh. I don't go for things that come in can—and I'm losing trust in things that come in plastic,” she explained to Shape. “So if I have to pay more to eat better, then I'll just balance my checkbook better. For example, I'd rather get the dark chocolate with goji berries than the milk chocolate packed with saturated fat.”

5. Eat More Veggies

Grilled,Chicken,And,Fresh,Vegetables,Chopped,Salad,With,Herbs,,LemonShutterstock

Zoe encourages a plant-focused diet, revealing that she and her husband and children are “starting to move in the direction of becoming a vegetarian family.” She explained to Shape that “society has a very violent, dysfunctional, and wrong relationship with how we cultivate and produce meat.”

6. Do Yoga

“I like feeling that I’m giving myself—my body, my spirit, my mind—the attention it needs,” Zoe told Women’s Health about her motivation to do yoga. “I often take for granted how helpful stretching and breathing exercises are,” she says. “Yoga reminds me to breathe and slow down.” The key for her is being intentional and pushing her body in some way.

7. Two of Her “Secret Weapons” to Looking Great

Pouring,Water,From,Bottle,Into,Glass,On,Blue,BackgroundShutterstock

Want to look amazing in a jiffy? Zoe revealed to The Zoe Report that she has two “secret weapons” that reap immediate benefits. “Drinking lots of water and getting sleep,” she divulged.

8. Invest in An Instapot

When asked by The Zoe Report if she had a “stress saving luxury,” she revealed it wasn’t an expensive eye cream or beauty treatment, but a popular cooking gadget that did the trick. “The Instapot! I can make quick and healthy delicious meals for my family, it saves me a ton of time,” she explained.

50 is the new 30 – in Hollywood at least. These celebrities have been in the public eye for decades, but somehow manage to majorly delay the aging process. From taking care of their skin and undergoing the latest treatments to remaining dedicated to healthy eating and exercise, we have compiled the longevity secrets of some of the most high-profile stars who look sensational in their 50s.

1. Bethenny Frankel: She Doesn’t Diet

2022 MTV Movie & TV Awards: UNSCRIPTED - ArrivalsAxelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

Bethenny Frankel, 52, has one big dietary secret – she doesn’t diet. "I’m old enough to know that fat-free was a craze, low-carb, eat your weight in meat and cheese was a phase, keto is a fad, the Zone was a moment, and so on .... so yes, I eat carbs. I eat everything, but I don’t binge," the Real Housewives star dished to Good Housekeeping. "What I eat has no consistency. Today, it was an egg white vegetable omelet with a baked potato and a few french fries for lunch. Sometimes, it's arugula with tomato, avocado, and Parmesan. Pureed soups are a mainstay for me."

2. Jennifer Lopez: No Alcohol, Healthy Diet, and “Harder and Smarter” Workouts

The Mother New York Tastemaker EventKevin Mazur/Getty Images

"I'm in the best shape of my life," Jennifer Lopez, 53, told InStyle in 2021. The star attributes her ageless beauty to a healthy diet, lots of water, and zero alcohol. She has also been extremely devoted to exercise. "In my 20s and 30s I used to work out but not like I do now," she revealed. "It's not that I work out more; I just work out harder and smarter. And it doesn't take me as long as it did in the past. I do it more for my health than I do for looks, which is funny. When you do things for the right reasons, you actually look better!"

3. Paulina Porizkova: Gracefully Aging with Daily Exercise

Supermodel Paulina Porizkova, 58, believes in aging gracefully. And while she didn’t start exercising until she was 40, she now works out almost daily. “I try to exercise at least 3-5 days a week. And you know what? I ... hate it,” she said in one of her workout videos. “I don’t like to sweat and huff and puff and hurt. If sitting on a couch, eating cake, drinking wine and reading did the same for me as exercise, there would be no contest. BUT. I have come to find out that ‘working out’ is that perfect little pill everyone is looking for. It makes you feel good, look good, good for your brain and body - a small miracle that has to be paid of by a little discomfort.” Her favorite workouts include dancing, rowing, and pilates.

4. Kelly Ripa: “I Work Out Seven Days a Week”

Variety's 2023 Power Of Women - ArrivalsDia Dipasupil/Getty Images

Kelly Ripa, 52, never skips a workout "I work out seven days a week," she told In the Know. "And I try to workout an hour and a half a day, no matter what — whether I'm working or not. If I'm working, maybe I'll start it a little bit later or a little bit earlier, depending on what day of the week it is. But I am very religious about my fitness." She also avoids alcohol and maintains a super clean alkaline diet.

5. Jennifer Aniston: She Switches Up Her Workouts

Los Angeles Premiere Of Netflix's "Murder Mystery 2" - ArrivalsAxelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

Jennifer Aniston, 54, recently revealed to Bustle that she toned down her super-aggressive “feel the burn” approach to exercise. “I work out about three to four times a week, which is basically all your body really needs. I’ll do Pvolve, and then to switch it up, sometimes I’ll do Pilates, or sometimes I’ll take a hike,” she said. She also focuses on recovery. I love an infrared sauna or an Epsom salt bath. Those are two really good for drawing that lactic acid out, and I’ll even use my hands or a little gua sha on my legs for the same purpose.”

6. Jennifer Garner: Daily Cardio Sessions

On Jennifer Garner’s 51st birthday earlier this year she appeared on The Drew Barrymore Show and revealed her secret to longevity. “What I do in the morning is I work out,” Garner said. “You’ve gotta do hard cardio to get that—to get yourself—I’m sorry, you do,” she said. “We need it in our bodies, but we need it in our brains. Your brain needs it!” she exclaimed. “You find something that actually makes you feel joyful while you’re doing it or it won’t work.”

7. Sofia Vergara

Sofia Vergara, 50, regularly jokes that she isn’t a fan of exercise. However, as she has gotten older she has incorporated weights into her routine. “The one thing that I have done that really has made a difference in my body is lifting weights. Not crazy weights. But, you know, like five pounds, seven pounds, 10 pounds. Twelve pounds is the maximum I can do. It keeps your muscles tight, and your skin tighter to you,” she explained to Health. “I’ve done Pilates and spinning, and I’ve tried all sorts of things—and they’re great.”

Jennifer Lawrence is known for her down-to-earth and decidedly non-Hollywood approach to health and fitness—and she’s open about the hard work it takes to transform for roles. Lawrence, 32, is focused on workouts and not dieting, feeling good over feeling restricted and has no interest in real-life Hunger Games. Pizza will always be part of her diet, but she makes it work. Here’s how the actress stays her fittest—and happiest.

1. Feelgood Endorphins

"Causeway" European Premiere - 66th BFI London Film FestivalGareth Cattermole/Getty Images

Lawrence genuinely loves how exercise makes her feel. “I hate saying, ‘I like exercising’,” she says. ‘But it's nice being in shape for a movie, because they basically do it all for you. It's like, ‘Here's your trainer. This is what you can eat’. I don't diet. I do exercise! But I don't diet. You can't work when you're hungry, you know?”

2. No Restrictive Dieting

Homemade,Margherita,Pizza,Healthy,Plate,Close,UpShutterstock

Balance is key for Lawrence when it comes to her diet, both during shoots and in her down time. “I don’t like when people say, ‘I only do this or eat this,’” she says. “Because I eat. I’m not very strict with my diet: If I want a piece of pizza, I eat a piece of pizza. For me, it’s easier to put that extra effort into the gym instead of putting the extra effort into: Oh no, I can’t eat that.’”

3. Yoga Sessions To Cap the Day

90th Annual Academy Awards - ArrivalsKevork Djansezian/Getty Images

Trainer Dalton Wong worked with Lawrence on the X-Men movies, and says she would finish each day with yoga. “It's just to help relieve the body so you can sleep better but also be able to be more resilient and be able to train and work the next day,” he says in his book The Feelgood Plan. “Inhale through the nose, filling your lower belly, lower rib cage, then up to your chest and throat. Exhale through the nose for a count of three. Keep a steady rhythm as you repeat the movement.”

4. Pilates and Weight Training

Black,Dumbbell,Set.,Close,Up,Many,Metal,Dumbbells,On,Rack, weightsShutterstock

Professional dance coach Kurt Froman trained with Lawrence for her role as a dancer in Red Sparrow. “I worked with Jen six days a week, three hours a day for three months,” he says. “As well as doing cross training in the form of Pilates, or toning and weight-training, or gyrotonics… Weight training and doing a lot of cardio is very good. The human body is amazing when it comes to support – we have to fully shock it. It’s about constantly diversifying your workout.”

5. Gyrotonics Sessions

2022 Toronto International Film Festival - "Causeway" PremiereAmy Sussman/Getty Images

Gyrotonics was a core part of Lawrence's dance training. “Gyrotonics is really amazing for strengthening the upper body,” Froman says. “It’s a form of Pilates based on functional strength through rhythmic movements. It’s similar to ballet because it’s very lengthening and you’re constantly using your breath, and it requires a lot of core work as well.”

6. Healthy Snacks

Hummus,With,Vegetables,And,Snacks,On,A,Wooden,Board,,VeganShutterstock

Lawrence likes to keep healthy, delicious snacks on hand. "In Jennifer's trailer, we would always have some full-fat Greek yogurt, some dark chocolate, some hummus and vegetables," Wong says. "It's always food that is working for us rather than against us."

7. She Works Hard For Physique

CinemaCon 2023 Opening Night - Sony Pictures Entertainment PhotocallEthan Miller/Getty Images

Lawrence says society has a skewed perspective of what ‘normal’ looks like. “Everybody says, ‘We love that there is somebody with a normal body!’ And I’m like, ‘I don’t feel like I have a normal body … I do Pilates every day,” she says. “I eat, but I work out a lot more than a normal person. I think we’ve gotten so used to underweight that when you are a normal weight, it’s like, ‘Oh, my God, she’s curvy.’ Which is crazy. The bare minimum, just for me, would be to up the ante.”

Sharvari isn’t just making waves in the film industry—she’s dominating the fitness game too. Known for her roles in Munjya, Maharaj, and Vedaa, the rising star proves that strength and discipline extend far beyond the big screen.
In her latest Instagram post, Sharvari showcased her grit with a hardcore beach workout, flipping a massive tire in the sand. Dressed in a sleek black workout set, she didn’t just make the workout look effortless—she made it look empowering. Adding a playful pun to her caption, she wrote, “Never tyre’d of a good beach workout.”
So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
