Zoe Saldaña is the queen of multitasking—she’s preparing for a day of filming Lioness while getting her stretches done. Saldaña, 46, shared a video of herself wearing gray shorts and a black sports bra, ready for hair and makeup in her trailer. “Day 28, Lioness S2 . I’m excited 🙋🏽‍♀️,” she captioned the post. “Yasssssss,” commented Serena Williams. Here’s how the busy mom-of-three stays fit, happy, and is always evolving.

1. Running and Dancing

Saldaña stays active by dancing and running around after her kids, which helps keep her fit. “Right when I get up, I take a moment to take a few breaths and then I have a glass of water before going to get the boys,” she told The Zoe Report. “I cannot live without my family, they are my everything... I have been dreaming of going home to the Caribbean and enjoying the beach with my family.”

2. Water and Sleep

Saldaña’s wellness tips are to drink plenty of water and get lots of good sleep. She also cooks at home with her family, enjoying plenty of protein and leafy green vegetables. “My husband is Italian so we love to make pasta with protein and veggies,” she told The Zoe Report. “I also enjoy having an arugula salad for lunch.”

3. Respect For the Ocean

Saldaña was worried when she found out the Avatar sequel would be shot underwater but found the experience inspiring. "The water has always been an element of life that I look up to, I respect, but I fear a great deal,” she told InStyle. “I'm an island person, I come from generations of island people. It's funny that the folklore passed down about water when you grow up on an island is you're taught to respect it. You're taught to fear it and to admire it from a distance."

4. Always Curious

Text,Be,Curious,Typed,On,Retro,TypewriterShutterstock

Saldaña wants to surround herself with like-minded people. “I've always felt very insecure around people that are just too cool and that have themselves so put together and know exactly what to say and know everything. I've always felt very unstable around people like that,” she told InStyle. “I like to be around people that are naturally curious and honest about the curiosity. And when they don't know something, I like when they say, ‘I don't know what you're talking about.’ My kids are like that; they feel so present.”

5. Action Hero

Saldaña always loved watching strong women in film, and is thrilled to be able to do the same in her own career. "I love action movies,” she told InStyle. “When I was a kid, that's what I was watching, not princess things. My idol was Ellen Ripley [Sigourney Weaver’s character in Alien] and Sarah Connor [played by Linda Hamilton].”

Zoë Kravitz is an actress and singer best known for her role as Catwoman in The Batman, and her role as Bonnie Carlson on Big Little Lies. Soon, however, you'll know her as a big-time director—her first film, Blink Twice, starring Naomi Ackie, Channing Tatum and Alia Shawkat, comes out August 23. Kravitz recently shared a photo of herself in two-piece workout gear on Instagram. She received praise in her comments section. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Zoë Kravitz stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Worked With A Trainer

Lenny Kravitz Honored with Star on The Hollywood Walk of FameVariety/Getty Images

To play Catwoman, Kravitz worked with trainer Harley Pasternak. He shared with Men’s Health that they worked out each filming day. "We would work out five days a week, because they film five days a week," Pasternak said. "And we'd work out during a typical 30-minute lunch break, but it was usually 25 with them. Each workout starts with cardio warmup and then we do circuits of upper body and lower body, then abs and then a cardio cooldown. All in 25 minutes."

2. She Makes Wellness A Priority

Kravitz tells Vogue that she makes sure to make wellness a priority. “I try and drink a lot of water, and I think it’s all about balance. I think it’s about joy, happiness and laughter because those really effect the way you look and feel. I also love to steam—I love to sweat things out and I think it’s good to keep the body moving.”

3. She Does Cleanses

Kravitz revealed to Vogue that she does a cleanse each year with her mother. “Every year, my mom and I try and do the Dr. Schultz 30-Day Detox together. It’s a 30-day cleanse that focuses on all your different organs, so your bowel, your liver, your kidneys, your gallbladder and the bowel again. It’s just a nice thing to reset your body every year. If you don’t do that cleanse, take a week to eat raw and natural foods as a way to let your body relax because it’s constantly working to process everything that we’re putting in it. It’s like giving your gut a vacation.”

4. She Uses The Elliptical

Kravitz shared her daily routine with Harper’s Bazaar. She says that she likes to use the elliptical at the gym. “I try to work out when I first get up. Otherwise I'll go late at night, like 10 P.M. I think it helps me sleep, and it's very important to sweat and move your blood. My gym in Brooklyn is really small, and I'll just go on the elliptical for 30 minutes, long enough to work up a sweat, and then I'm good.”

5. She Uses Steam Rooms

After working out, Kravitz tells Harper’s Bazaar that she likes to go in a steam room. “I also love steam rooms, because it helps get all the toxins out and rejuvenate your body. And I do stretches and sit-ups at home, like leg exercises and stuff. I've worked with a lot of trainers over the years for shows and films, so I know enough about fitness to do things on my own at this point.”

Lindsey Vonn is getting her sweat on – and flaunting her fit figure. In a new social media post the skier shows off her amazing body in a two-piece workout look while executing a workout at the gym. “Back on my @redbull grind and man, it feels good! Getting as strong as I can… think I might have a plan for the knee, but first I need to get,” she captioned the Instagram Reel. What exercises are helping her get strong and what other health habits does she practice? Here is everything you need to know.

1. Here Is Her Latest Workout

According to Kendra Gamble, HIT Fitness Training, Huntingdon Valley, PA, NPTI Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Consultant, Lindsey’s workout includes:

  • Single leg hip thrust
  • Standing abduction machine (can be done with a band)
  • Lying hamstring curl
  • Inverted row
  • *Back extension
  • *Side plank hip adduction
  • TRX push up

2. She’s Training to Be “Lean and Fit” with Weight Training

Lindsey admits she has gotten "a lot leaner" after retiring from skiing. "I used to do things that were so sport specific, so I had to be bigger," she told New York Post's Alexa magazine. "But everyone is like, 'Oh my God, you're in the best shape of your life.' It's like — yes and no. I'm not training for my sport anymore, I am training to be lean and fit,” she said. She has dramatically decreased her body fat with the help of trainer Gunnar Peterson. "Different training. Different diet. Crazy!" Her workouts are no joke, and she trains three to four times a week. "Whatever you like doing is what you should be doing," she told Women’s Health. Her workouts are a combo of strength and weight training, using a lot of weighted balls, battle ropes, lifts, squats. You can check out another one of her workouts here

3. She Also Does Two Cardio Workouts a Week

Lindsey supplements her weight and strength training with two cardio workouts a week, but you won’t find her running on the treadmill. "I have a doctor's note that says I should never run again in my life, and I'm okay with that," she says. Instead she cycles or surfs.

4. She Also Walks After Dinner

"I have to go outside and walk the glucose off with my dog," Lindsey says about her post-dinner strolls. According to science, you should too. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

5. Her Diet Is “Clean”

Fresh,Blueberries,And,Kiwi,Slices,On,A,Wooden,Blue,Background,Shutterstock

Lindsey no longer follows her “ski season” diet of “a lot of protein and carbs,” she told People. Phil Goglia revamped her diet when she retired, and it now involves a lot of water, eating clean food, and timing her meals. “I try not to eat too much in the morning before I work out,” she told Women’s Health. Post-workout Lindsey eats “egg white omelets with broccoli, chicken, and pepper, and stuff like that.” For lunch, she might have chicken or salmon with kale or cabbage. For dinner, her plate is filled with a mix of protein and veggies – like chicken salad with avocado or a zucchini pasta with bolognese meat sauce. Almonds, kiwis, and blueberries are go-to snacks. Overall she tries to eat a lot of plant-based foods. “Listen, the kitchen can be intimidating to anyone. But I’m here to tell you: You can do it. And with the new year, let’s do it better, together. I’ve got 14 places to help you start eating more plant-based foods,” she captioned a recent post, suggesting the Just Egg cookbook to her followers.

A few weeks ago, VanZant shared a video on Instagram of herself dancing. She captioned the post, “That @powerslap fight week feeling.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Paige VanZant stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Does A Variety Of Workouts

She shared some of her favorite workouts in an interview with Vogue. “Every day is different it depends on what day of the week it is. We have lots of classes, wrestling, jujitsu. I do a lot of Pilates, yoga, CrossFit as well. I also try to include one relaxing workout through the week like hiking.”

2. She Boxes

VanZant shared some of her fitness secrets with Muscle & Fitness. “I’m working with Pedro Diaz here in Miami, and he’s a straight boxing coach at Mundo Boxing,” she said. “I feel like that’s going to be the biggest difference in my fight game and my striking. After the first fight, I thought it was important to work with a straight boxing coach, and Pedro is a legend in boxing and I’m excited to have him in my corner.”

3. She Eats Healthy

VanZant makes sure to eat healthy. She broke down her diet to Muscle & Fitness. “I’ll have a banana before practice. I’ll always have coffee and the one thing I can’t cut out of my diet is my coffee creamer. That’s usually before practice. After practice, I’ll have a protein shake for the drive home and then I’ll have whatever meal is prepare for me when I get home. It’s typically extremely lean protein, vegetables, rice and some other carb. My favorite foods are meals for lunch and dinners. I love Indian food and I had to cut that out as well as Thai food. I’m excited for after the fight to have some really good Indian food.”

VanZant shared her recovery process with Muscle & Fitness. “I do a lot of ice baths. We’ll do an ice bath in between sessions to try and get my muscles to recover as soon as possible for the next training session. I get a lot of massages to make sure I’m not as sore going into sparring days or not as sore coming out of sparring days. I love the sauna and I know it’s extremely healthy for you, and I know it helps me prepare for the weight cut when it gets closer to the fight, being able to sweat and lose as much water as possible without losing my real muscle mass. I love it because it’s very healing and it helps with the soreness also.”

5. She Loves Masks

VanZant tells Women Fitness that she likes to do hair and face masks to keep them healthy. “Although I am a professional fighter I do love to feel beautiful and take care of myself. Hair masks and face masks are a very frequent part of my week. I love to rest in between practices or after a long day of training with a hair mask, a face mask and a glass of wine. I can even get my husband to do a facemask here and there. Kick butt in the gym, relax, pamper and love everywhere else’s.”

MMA fighter Paige VanZant is used to dealing with heavy weights—but even though she makes it look effortless, her training is seriously intense. VanZant, 30, shared a video of herself wearing brown shorts and a black sports bra, pushing a very heavy sled across the gym with a smile on her face. VanZant is open about the incredible discipline it takes to train like an athlete and prepare for fights—here’s what her diet, fitness, and training routine looks like, and her best advice for anyone who wants to be strong.

1. She's Dedicated to Her Regime

VanZant is strict and dedicated to her workout regimen. “I’m in the gym every day twice a day,” she told Women Fitness. “Since I have switched over to professional boxing my schedule comprises of boxing every day, sometimes twice a day. And strength and conditioning three days a week. I do all of my training at American top team, a world renowned MMA and combat academy.”

2. Fighting Diet and Cheat Days

VanZant is careful about her diet, but makes a point of making her healthy food as delicious as possible. “Dieting is a huge part of being any sort of professional athlete,” she told Women Fitness. “My husband and I love cooking and we really enjoy making healthy meals together. I like to think of myself as a chef and have competed on many cooking shows. We of course have our occasional cheat day here and there. But once we have a flight scheduled it’s down to business. Then after we fight we go a little bit crazy and eat everything in sight.”

3. Intense Training and Relaxing Workouts

VanZant is active even on her “off” days, going on hikes to relax. “Every day is different, it depends on what day of the week it is,” she told Vogue. “We have lots of classes, wrestling, jujitsu. I do a lot of Pilates, yoga, CrossFit as well. I also try to include one relaxing workout through the week like hiking. When I gear up for a fight I try to cut out a lot of the fun outdoorsy workouts and do a lot more training in the gym. I do more cardio, and I run a lot if I can. I do a lot more sparring and more combat throughout the week.”

4. Fitness Goals

VanZant advises anyone wanting to get fit to start slowly and set realistic goals—you don’t have to work out like an MMA fighter to reap the rewards. “Just taking a cardio kickboxing class [can be helpful],” she told Vogue. “You can go into a gym and it’s all cardio-based and you get to learn a little bit of self-defense as well. When I started MMA, I got into the best shape of my life.”

5. Dancing With the Stars

VanZant loved her stint on Dancing With the Stars, as she has a background in dance. “Competing on Dancing With the Stars by far was one of the greatest experiences I have been able to take part in because of my successful MMA career,” she told Women Fitness. “I actually grew up dancing and had been away from it for the past 10 years. Being on the show helped me get back in touch with my roots. I absolutely loved my partner Mark Ballas. We are still very good friends and chat every now and then. I would love to be able to compete on the show one more time and redeem myself and my second place trophy. As a professional fighter I really want that first place win.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”

Dressed in a sleek white workout top and black leggings, she delivered an empowering message: “You are stronger than you think.” The post isn’t just motivational—it’s a testament to her relentless commitment to health and strength.

So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From stair-stepping workouts to consistent weightlifting, here’s a look at Grishina’s go-to fitness secrets.

She Does A Stepmill

Grishina shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. She recently had a baby, and has been documenting her journey of losing pregnancy weight. One thing Grishina is doing is using a stepmill. She shared this video of herself doing so, captioning it, “Recovery!!! Here we go💪🏼 Instead of the boring treadmill, I decided to do the stepmill 🔥In the process of getting back in shape😤”

She’s Consistent

Grishina makes sure to stay consistent with her fitness. She made sure to workout while she was pregnant. Grishina shared her pregnancy workout in this Instagram post. She captioned it, “Obviously my workout schedule has changed since I got pregnant but hasn’t been one day that I missed it💪🏼My pregnancy workout schedule: Morning- 30 min cardio bicycle or treadmill🚴 Day- 30-40 min light weight or body weight workout 🏋️♀️ Evening- 20 min cardio bicycle 🚴 Will it help keep your shape? Absolutely not but I promise you’ll feel better and stronger.”

She Uses A Stationary Bike

Grishina revealed in the previous post’s caption that she uses a stationary bike to keep herself in shape. Penn State PRO Wellness says, “Riding a stationary exercise bike is an efficient and effective way to burn calories and body fat while strengthening your heart, lungs, and muscles. Compared to some other types of cardio equipment, a stationary bicycle puts less stress on your joints, but it still provides an excellent aerobic workout.”

She Uses A Treadmill

Grishina also revealed in the previous Instagram post caption that she does treadmill workouts. Using a treadmill has a lot of benefits. Healthy Talbot reports, “Treadmills are mostly used for cardio training. However, this fitness machine can be used for more boosting your cardiovascular health. It’s ideal for strengthening your muscles, including glutes, thighs, and calves. With treadmill workouts, you can always optimize the sessions to suit your goals. For instance, inclining the treadmill will stretch out the calves and glutes harder. This will help to tone and build muscle mass in your buttocks, legs, and thighs.”

She Lifts Weights

Grishina is seen lifting weights in the previous Instagram post. Lifting weights has a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness states, “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”
