Faith Hill

Faith Hill played Margaret Dutton on 1883. She talked about her wellness secrets in an interview with SELF. "Some days it's harder to get myself moving than others, but it has such a positive impact on my day. I have more energy throughout the day and feel better overall. I also try to drink 70 to 90 ounces of water a day. It is so good for you, inside and out."

Kylie Rogers

Kylie Rogers plays young Beth Dutton on Yellowstone. She talked about her love of acting in an interview with Schon Magazine. “I’m still so passionate about acting and my passion is still just the same as when I was a kid, when I was just like, ‘Let’s make movies!’ [Laughter] I’m genuinely so excited about everything every day. But, in terms of my process, I am now, obviously, more capable of understanding the characters, what they’re going through, and the emotions they’re feeling. I can understand more in-depth what’s going on there and why they’re like that. Whereas, when I was a kid, I would just try to and I’d be like, ‘Oh, she’s sad in this scene,’ you know what I mean? But, I wouldn’t fully understand why she was sad. I’ve definitely been able to grasp a good understanding of characters.

Hassie Harrison

Hassie Harrison plays Laramie on Yellowstone. She shared her wellness routine in an interview with Modeliste Magazine. “I take a lot of walks to exercise my body, spend time with friends and family to fill my heart, read and listen to audiobooks and podcasts to stay informed and make sure to get a lot of vitamin D! As an extra bonus, I also love a good facemask.”

Piper Parebo

Piper Perabo plays Summer Higgins on Yellowstone. She talked about the importance of having confidence in an interview with Into The Gloss. “I think for myself, what shines through the best is when you feel good about yourself, you know what I mean? Confidence. It comes from a psychological place: how you feel about yourself and what you want to put out there initially, and then after that, I think it comes from a nutritional place—what you eat really affects how you look, and the better you are to your body, the better you feel, and the better you look, and the better you feel about how you look.”

Jennifer Landon

Jennifer Landon plays Teeter on Yellowstone. In an interview with Naluda Magazine, she says that learning to fail was the best advice she’s received. “I was someone who didn’t try very much because I had a high batting average and was very afraid of failure. This didn’t allow me to work and grow. Learning to fail is still very hard for me, and it’s been at times the most freeing thing on earth. If I were to give advice, I would say, fuck talent – just do what you want and then do it again, and again, and again. The people I know who tried and failed the most are the most successful. And successful in every way in my book.”

Lainey Wilson

Singer Lainey Wilson plays Abby on Yellowstone. In an interview with Delish, she talked about how meal prepping helps her eat better. “I will say I feel like I’m becoming a little bit more prepared than I used to be,” she said. “I really do enjoy meal prepping and having things handy, because I feel like when you don’t have those things handy, that’s when you mess up and that’s when you eat something that makes you feel bad.”

Luke Grimes

Luke Grimes plays Kayce Dutton on Yellowstone. In an interview with Men’s Health, he talked about the importance of working out. “Gyms, for me, are more about the mental aspect of it than making sure I look good with my shirt off or whatever,” Grimes explained. “I mean, of course, I’d like to look good with my shirt off, but we all would. If I go a couple weeks without working out, I start to get real dark. So I have to — I just have to. I’m 40 years old now, so I know I have to get it done.”

Cole Hauser

Cole Hauser plays Rip Wheeler on Yellowstone. On the show, he does a lot of horseback riding, and it’s helped keep him in shape. Hauser talked about riding in an interview with GQ. “I grew up in Oregon riding, so from four to seven years old, I was on a horse. Now, doing Yellowstone for six months at a time, you get in horse-shape.”

Wes Bentley

Wes Bentley stars as Jamie Dutton on Yellowstone. He is open about being sober and his past struggles with addiction. Bentley talked about how he got clean and his desire to help others who are struggling in an interview with Men’s Health. “The way I attacked it was by being positive—I’m just gonna go talk about it to everybody and try to help others and heal that shame by doing something.”

Tim McGraw

Tim McGraw played James Dillard Dutton in 1883. In an interview with Men’s Journal, McGraw talked about the impotence of fitness in his life. "In my early 40s, when I really started taking it seriously, I started running a lot. That’s the first thing I started doing, and I found that made a big difference for me. It just started my day out better. I just realized how much it raised the bar on everything that I did. It raised the bar on my career. It raised the bar on my relationships with my friends. It just made me feel better, gave me a better mental outlook on everything that I was doing."

Ryan Bingham

Ryan Bingham plays Walker on Yellowstone. He talked about the importance of following your dreams in an interview with Arizona Foothills Magazine. “I just know that for me it was about trusting my gut. When you’re young and you’re out on your own, you have no home, no family; there’s nothing left to lose. I was forced to do what I had to out of survival. Sometimes it wasn’t the safest bet. Many times it didn’t work out and I learned the hard way. But I figured out where to go and not go, do and not do.”
