"I tried to run outside and it hurt my knees, so I was getting all worked up, but now I have a nice little routine. I do a little workout in the morning, doing things I remember from classes and various training sessions. I also have a Zoom class with my boyfriend's mum and her friends where we do 100 squats every two days in the morning."
