Nicole likes to mix up her workouts. "I just tried F45 here in Australia and I really liked it. I think it's important to find a few different classes or workouts which you enjoy, whether that's swimming or going for a run," she told Daily Mail Australia. "Mixing everything up gives me the best results. Stretching and hydrating are so important in making progress with your fitness goals too."

This is Her Favorite Breakfast and Lunch

"My favorite breakfast is poached eggs with avocado toast and smoked salmon," Nicole told Daily Mail Australia. "Lunchtime I'll usually snack on something small and healthy, and then I'll usually eat out in the evenings."

She Exercises With Her Friends

"Me and my girlfriends support each other for the gym. Because, you know, it's hard to be motivated sometimes, so when you go you push each other – we try to do different things," she said, according to Women's Health. "We'll go hiking one day and then we'll try a sculpting hot yoga class, then we'll do a cardio. We just motivate each other."

She Does Yoga and Soul Cycle

"In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches," she told Women's Health UK. When I'm home I like to take a spinning class called Soul Cycle or I like to do hot yoga—a modified version of bikram yoga—or hiking, and core power yoga in LA."

She Doesn't Deprive Herself of Much

"I don't deprive myself of anything," she said, according to People. "I have everything in moderation." "Sweets like cake, cookies, candy and doughnuts are loaded with 'empty calories' — mostly from sugar and fat — because they are not very filling and offer very little (if any) nutritional value. But don't worry, you don't have to give up these foods entirely. Just be smart about your choices and portion sizes and pay attention to all the grams of sugar you are consuming in your cereal, coffee and other beverages. It adds up!" says the Mayo Clinic.

"Love and accept yourself. Get lots of sleep – sleep really makes such a huge difference. Drink lots of water. Don't deprive yourself of anything because eventually you'll crave it and then you might binge on it. Everything in moderation," she said, according to Women's Health.
