She Works Out with a Celebrity Trainer

Megan trains with Harley Pasternak, famous for his 5 Factor plan. "After my second baby, I noticed that losing weight was much more difficult this time despite working out and counting calories," Megan writes in a testimonial on his website. His method has helped everyone from Jessica Simpson to Ariana Grande get into the best shape of their lives. "Once I implemented the other three missing principles into my daily routine, I noticed an immediate result. I lost the remaining weight and felt leaner than I had prior to my first pregnancy."

She Eats Healthy

"I don't have splurge foods. I either do something or I don't do it at all, and I'm doing this right now, so I have no cheat days," Megan confessed to E! about her disciplined diet. "But if I was going to cheat, I would probably go with pizza or cake."

She Doesn't Do White Flour or Sugar

Megan has eliminated all white flour and sugar products from her diet. "I cut out all sorts of breads and those sorts of carbohydrates. No crackers, no pretzels, no chips, anything unhealthy. The worst thing I put in my body is coffee once a day," she revealed to E!

She Loves Smoothies

Megan loves getting nourishment from a smoothie. "Megan's favorite is the red smoothie, which is whatever berries are in season, Chai tea, a scoop of protein powder and little bit of almond milk," Pasternak told People.

Megan doesn't workout often, but when she does the session are intense. "I exercise really hard twice a week. That's what I do," she revealed to E! "I do bursts of cardio with really heavy, "a minimum five-minute cardio warm-up, a lower body sculpting exercise, an upper body toning exercise, then an abdominal sculpting exercise, and finally, a five minute cool down," Pasternak added to People about Megan's average workout session.
