Melissa Joan Hart was a queen of the 90’s. She first starred as the lead character in the Nickelodeon show, Clarissa Explains It All. She then played her most iconic role, Sabrina Spellman, in Sabrina The Teenage Witch. She Uses MCT Oil

Melissa says that she incorporates MCT Oils into her diet everyday. “I have started putting MCT oil in my water, which I love,” the actress said on People Live. “I have a little bit in my trailer, and I put it in my tea.” Melissa says that she’s seen results from using MCT oil. “It fires up my metabolism I think. I lost a little bit of weight right away, and like just a few pounds, but I was able to keep it off and it gives you an energy, too, and it keeps the cravings away. It’s a natural coconut oil.”

She Uses The Nutrisystem Program

Popular diet Nutrisystem has been used by many celebrities, including Melissa. She even starred in ads for the program. “I heard rave reviews from everybody about it,” Melissa said on Entertainment Tonight. “I tried the system, and it’s delicious, and it’s simple, and it fit with my lifestyle.”

She Works Out With Her Husband

Couples who work out together, stay together. At least that’s the case for Melissa and her husband, Mark Wilkerson. “Since he’s such an avid workout guy, I wanted to have him train me to see how my body could shift and change,” she tells People. Melissa and Mark say that working out is a great way to spend time with each other. “This is a good way to join together and spend time – just the two of us – away from the kids,” says Mark.

She Stays Active

Melissa says to Health.com that she tries to stay as active as she can, even if she doesn’t feel like working out. Hart advises others to do the same, saying, “If you start feeling beaten up—maybe you feel achy or you’ve gained some weight—you’re less likely to want to go to the gym. But it’s important to counterbalance that.”

She Builds Good Habits

For Melissa, it is important to both build and maintain healthy habits. “You don’t want it to just be a fad, because you’ll end up just falling back into bad habits,” she says to Health.com. “Start with one small thing.” Melissa says that one of her habits is making healthy food choices. “It’s key to make the right food choices that help you feel good, so you can can stay motivated to be healthy and keep feeling good,” she explains. “It creates a pattern.”
