She Works Out Six Days A Week

Shakira’s trainer, Anna Kaiser, says that the singer works out regularly, even when she doesn’t have something that she’s preparing for. “Every day is different because I want to make sure I’m preparing her not just for the Super Bowl, but for each day as it comes,” Kaiser tells E! News. Kaiser says that Shakira works out six days a week.

She Commits To A Healthy Lifestyle

Kaiser says that Shakira has a lot of drive and commitment to her healthy lifestyle. “Shakira’s committed to fitness and wellness, and not just to be in shape for a specific event,” Kaiser says to The New York Post. “But so that she can continue to perform injury-free into her 40s and stay healthy.”

She Does A Lot Of Different Workouts

Shakira’s fitness routine includes a lot of different workouts, and Kaiser says she and the singer always switch up their workouts. Kaiser said to E! News, “It is really important both for your mind and your body to consistently switch up your workouts so that you keep your head in the game, you don’t get bored, and you have a workout that’s going to work for you that day for what you need to accomplish that day.”

She Uses An Activity Tracker

Kaiser says that Shakira uses an activity tracker while she’s working out, and that it helps her out a lot. “Knowing if your body is changing, if you’re getting results, and how hard you’re working in class is super important,” Kaiser says to Shape.

She Doesn’t Use Her Phone Until She’s Done Working Out

Shakira is committed to working out. In fact, she doesn’t use her phone until she’s finished with her physical activity for the day. Shakira reveals on Instagram that her trainer encourages her to do this. “Kaiser doesn’t let me turn on my phone until I finish my workout and spend time with my kids,” she said.
