Model Elsa Pataky says she's a fan of yoga and that it has made big changes to her body and her life. "It's just like another kind of energy you have in yoga," she says to Women's Health. "It's also for your mind. At the end you have that moment of laying down and five minutes of like [does an exaggerated exhale]. Kind of like a meditation. I think that's really important for your brain and to come down. At the end of the yoga, it's just good for me to lay down and think about nothing… or try to [laughs]."
Ashanti
Singer Ashanti told People in 2019 that she made a lot of changes to her diet, and has become a lot more mindful about the food she eats. "I cut out a lot of meat," she says. "I think again, self-health and self-awareness are so important. All of that stuff is so important to maintaining your body, knowing what's in your food, the GMO's and the chemicals, and I'm super aware of this stuff."
January Jones
Actress January Jones told Shape in 2020 that she began to drink celery juice regularly, and that she is seeing a lot of benefits. "Last winter, I started drinking celery juice every day, and I've seen amazing results in my energy, digestion, and skin and how I sleep. I have that in the morning, then I take my vitamins and drink coffee."
Jessie James Decker
Country singer Jessie James Decker is a big fan of the popular South Beach Diet. She tells E! News, "I think the great thing about South Beach [Diet] is that I have the food at my home and I keep the snacks with me."
La La Anthony
La La Anthony tells Life & Style that she loves to do cryotherapy. "I'm really big into cryotherapy. That I'm huge on. I just love doing cryo. It's three minutes, so it doesn't take a lot of time, and it's super cold obviously. You freeze your a– off, but I just feel so much better when I do it."
Gigi Hadid
Model Gigi Hadid's favorite exercise is boxing, and she loves to box at her local gym. "I need to have a sport that wakes me up and that I can get better at, and boxing does that for me," Hadid said to Harper's Bazaar. "When I walk in [to Gotham Gym], it's like my big brothers. They don't care about me as a model or what my body looks like. They care that I give a good punch, and that's how I want to be judged in my athletic space, because that's what I find pride in."
Lady Gaga
Singer Lady Gaga has been open about her struggles with body image, body shaming, and an eating disorder. However, in 2017, Gaga posted a shot from her Super Bowl Halftime Show performance, where she talked about finding acceptance with her body and her weight. "I'm proud of my body and you should be proud of yours too," she wrote. "I could give you a million reasons why you don't need to cater to anyone or anything to succeed … that's the stuff of champions."
Britney Spears
In 2019, Spears revealed some of her favorite workouts in an Instagram video. She wrote, "The key to my workout is repetition, but that gets boring so I have a booklet I've made with all my favorite exercises. I usually wear headphones …. music takes me away."
Ally Brooke
Singer Ally Brooke tells Women's Day that she's a big believer in balancing her diet, and makes healthy eating a priority. "I definitely try to balance," Brooke said. "But I notice when I eat healthier in the morning going into rehearsal, I perform better."
Beyonce
Beyonce loves to eat healthy, however, she also puts one day of the week aside to treat herself. "I always treat myself to one meal on Sundays when I can have whatever I want. Usually it's pizza, which is my favorite indulgence," she told Shape Magazine.
