The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star and jewelry designer Meredith Marks enjoyed a vacation in Mexico this week. And she looked stunning in a brightly colored outfit. Meredith posted a photo from Tulum at the Hotel Esencia of herself posing on a bright yellow lifeguard stand. She wore a yellow swimsuit with cutouts to match the stand, and showed off her body. She Skis

Meredith lives in Park City, Utah, which is known for its mountains and winter sports, and she takes advantage of it. She tells Park City Magazine, Park City is a magical place. I love the beauty of the mountains and all of the outdoor activities they provide. I love to ski—typically at Deer Valley. Park City is my peaceful place.”

She Hikes

Meredith is also a big fan of hiking, and has posted photos on Instagram of herself hiking in Park City, Saint-Tropez, France, and the Deer Valley Resort. Hiking has even helped Meredith come up with ideas for her jewelry line. She tells Park City Magazine, “The Spike Collection was inspired by a piece of foliage I found on a Park City hiking trail. The Stardust Collection was inspired by looking at the stars at night in the Park City sky. The list goes on!”

She Loves The Beach

Meredith is a big fan of going outside, and one of her favorite things to do is go to the beach. She has posted several photos and videos of herself hanging out on the beach and by the water. She posted this video of herself leaning on a palm tree, captioning it, “Flashback Friday to kicking it in Puerto Rico.”

She Loves Coffee

Meredith is a big fan of drinking coffee, and has even launched her own coffee brand. “We’re working on a coffee that will be coming out pretty soon,” she told BravoTV.com. Coffee isn’t just a way to wake you up, it also has a lot of benefits. According to a post from the Hopkins Medicine website, coffee can help women prevent certain conditions. “Coffee is chock full of substances that may help guard against conditions more common in women, including Alzheimer’s disease and heart disease.”

She Has A Healthy Marriage

While being a Real Housewife can put a struggle on your marriage, Meredith tells Page Six that it, and COVID, has actually helped her marriage get healthier. “I think had [the pandemic] happened six months prior, it would have ended in divorce,” she said. “But because we had gone through this whole process, both in our marital therapy and the process of ‘Housewives’ — which really forced us to communicate in ways that we really had just been avoiding and denying — we were at a place already by the time that COVID hit, where we were actually really communicating with each other well and understanding and respecting each other’s feelings, which had not been the case for years.”
