She's Comfortable With Her Skin

Allen has struggled with her skin, specifically her acne, all her life. However, when she appeared on Love Island, she learned to accept her skin and wasn't insecure about it. "I remember being in the villa and thinking 'all these girls are so beautiful and flawless' and there were guys I was trying to impress," she said to Hello! Magazine. "I wasn't gonna start sleeping in makeup – I haven't slept in makeup my whole life – I would have made it worse in the long run and I would have felt even more conscious of my face… so I owned it."

She Went Back To Training

Allen revealed on Instagram that she had lost a lot of weight recently, and that it was the result of finding love for herself again that inspired her to go back to training. "I'm strong in myself and I have that strength in my body that I used to have like over two years ago. I just had lost love for training, I'd lost love myself."

"I just like to smile… smiling is my favourite!" Francesca once captioned a post, asking if you could name that film. (The answer? Pretty sure it's Elf.) Her good mood helps her health. "Indeed, some studies show that personality traits such as optimism and pessimism can affect many areas of your health and well-being. The positive thinking that usually comes with optimism is a key part of effective stress management. And effective stress management is associated with many health benefits. If you tend to be pessimistic, don't despair — you can learn positive thinking skills," says the Mayo Clinic.
