She Works Out To Benefit Her Skin
Panaday is passionate about fitness, and not just because she wants to lose weight or tone her body. She told Vogue that she likes to do exercises that will help benefit her skin, like yoga. "It brightens up my face and makes the happy hormones flow, which, in turn, gives a pinkish flush to my cheeks," she says of yoga.
She Works Out First Thing In The Morning
Panday loves to practice yoga, and she makes sure to do so every day. She tells Vogue that she likes to exercise first thing in the morning. That way, she can get a workout in every day, without worrying about her schedule. "I swear by doing yoga first thing in the morning," she says. "I schedule things only once my workout is done."
She Eats Clean, But Sets One Day Aside To Indulge
When it comes to her diet, Panday says to Vogue that she eats healthy most of the week. However, she also says that she will put one day of the week aside to indulge. "I eat well and clean six days a week. Then every Sunday, it's burgers galore."
She Spends Time In The Water
Panday loves to go to the beach and spend time in the water. She has posted several photos on Instagram of herself enjoying time by the water. She posted this video on Instagram of herself snorkeling in the ocean, while sea creatures swam by. She captioned the video, "Swimming with the green sea turtle – one of the most humbling experiences of my life."
She Prioritizes Her Skin
Panday has gorgeous skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She told Times Now Digital that she sets aside time in the mornings to take care of her skin. "It's my me-time and it's important to give your skin and body that respect and love." "One of the most important ways to take care of your skin is to protect it from the sun. A lifetime of sun exposure can cause wrinkles, age spots and other skin problems — as well as increase the risk of skin cancer," says the Mayo Clinic. "For the most complete sun protection:
- Use sunscreen. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15. Apply sunscreen generously, and reapply every two hours — or more often if you're swimming or perspiring.
- Seek shade. Avoid the sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., when the sun's rays are strongest.
- Wear protective clothing. Cover your skin with tightly woven long-sleeved shirts, long pants and wide-brimmed hats. Also consider laundry additives, which give clothing an additional layer of ultraviolet protection for a certain number of washings, or special sun-protective clothing — which is specifically designed to block ultraviolet rays."
