The model got back to work after a vacation.

Brooke Burke has never been afraid of showing off her figure. She got her start as a swimsuit model. Brooke just went on a beach vacation with her partner, and made sure to post several photos on Instagram. However, she’s back at home and back to work. But that doesn’t stop her from posting stunning photos. Brooke uploaded a selfie at home, captioning it, “Back to reality.”

She Intermittent Fasts

Brooke is one of many celebrities and public figures who practices intermittent fasting, and she says that it has really helped her life. “I’ve been intermittent fasting for years and it’s been a game-changer for me, not only digestively, but it’s also the most convenient way of living I’ve experienced,” Burke told Women’s Health. “I make it very simple and basically eat in an eight-hour window.”

She Carries Healthy Snacks With Her

While Brooke practices intermittent fasting, she also isn’t afraid to snack. She tells Redbook that she always carries healthy snacks with her throughout the day. “I try to eat every three to four hours, and make sure I have something with me at all times, like a packet of almonds or some vegetables. It helps a lot because it keeps you from being so hungry that you’re gorging by the time you sit down to have a meal.”

She Eats A Lot Of Colorful Food

In her interview with Redbook, Brooke was asked what three food items they would find in her fridge at all times. One of her answers was, “A lot of color, first of all, because I like to keep things fresh and teach my kids to eat the color of the rainbow.”

She Doesn’t Put A Lot Of Thought Into Meals

When she’s busy and on set, Brooke says that she doesn’t like to put too much thought into her meals and snacks. She tells Redbook that she eats the same thing most days, and always tries to keep it healthy. “I like to eat the same thing when I’m on set because it’s one less thing to think about. I have grilled salmon as much as I can, or I’ll get a great green salad with vegetables, avocado, and chicken or fish.”

She Stays Hydrated

Brooke tells Women’s Health that she makes sure to stay hydrated each day, and drinks a lot of healthy beverages. “I drink a lot of water, a lot of green tea, and a lot of lemon water; no sugary drinks,” she says. “I probably drink my body weight in water every day.”
