Reality TV star Gabby Allen is spending time in the snowy mountains. However, that doesn't mean she's bundled up all the time. Allen posted a new photo on Instagram of herself enjoying a cocktail in an outdoor pool. She posed in a black bathing suit, showing off her figure. Allen captioned the photo, "Crystal clear. She Works As A Personal Trainer
When she's not appearing on reality TV shows like Love Island, Celebrity Big Brother, and The Challenge, Allen works as a personal trainer. She even has her own 6 week fitness program, called Shape Up With Gabby. Allen also has an Instagram story highlight dedicated to her fitness sessions for her followers.
She Works Out Her Legs
Allen has uploaded several of her workouts on Instagram. In this series of videos, she shared her go-to leg workout with her followers. Allen is seen using the leg press machine, doing kickbacks, Bulgarian split squats, RDLs, and extensions with a curl. She wrote in the caption, "You can't beat a session full of simple classics, hitting all the spots, straight forward & straight up savage. Took me around 45 mins."
She Circuit Trains & Does HIIT
Several of Allen's Instagram workout videos and fitness programs involve HIIT and circuit training. She posted this video on Instagram of herself doing her most intense and go-to HIIT workout, which she calls her "Hellish HIIT" workout. In the video, she is seen doing box jumps, burpees, kettlebell swings, and using battle ropes. She encouraged her followers, "Add this into your week if you dare." In an interview with Women Fitness, Allen says of her typical workouts, "I try and vary with which style I do but it's usually HIIT."
She Eats Healthy On The Road
While it can be difficult to eat healthy while traveling or on vacation, Allen says that she tries to do so. She shared some of her secrets on this Instagram post. She wrote, "Of course my nutrition and my training has to adapt when I go away for work or play, but I just know from experience that I feel so much better in myself if I try and keep on top of them both as best as I can." Allen revealed in the post that she usually eats porridge, fruit, chicken, and seabass, usually from the hotel buffets and restaurants that she stays at.
She Eats Healthy To Keep Her Hair And Skin Healthy
Allen has gorgeous skin and hair, and she believes that a healthy diet and lifestyle is why she has them. She tells Women Fitness, "There have been times where my skin and hair haven't been in the best condition and I believe it's lifestyle and diet that cause and can fix that! When my hair was damaged from travelling I made a conscious effort to eat better: more fruit and veg and more iron. I'm lucky I've always had good skin but I preach that at least 2 liters of water a day will help to nourish your skin and hair. And I minimise dairy products and refined sugar. I also try and have as many red skinned fruits and veg in my diet as I believe it helps with healthy skin tone!"
