Model Elsa Hosk, the former Victoria's Secret Angel, is enjoying time at the beach and she's inviting you along. Hosk posted a new photo to her Instagram story of herself posing in a strapless pink bathing suit. She captioned another photo, of her in a beachy outfit in the same locale, "Breathe in, breathe out." "I know that self-care is so important to be my best self," she has said. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

For Hosk, working out is all about variety. She tells Marie Claire that she likes to mix up her workouts to keep her interested, and to work on different things. "I love boxing, and I try to mix it up as much as I can. Boxing makes you kind of tight, so it's really good to mix that with barre, pilates, or something that'll stretch you out and make you longer. I'm not the person that loves to be in the gym so much. I like to mix it up as much as possible, otherwise I'll get bored."

She's A Runner

One of Hosk's favorite ways to workout is by going for a run. However, she says that she doesn't put too much pressure on herself to go at a certain pace, and runs for the fun of it. She tells Coveteur, "I just started running. I don't time it; I don't put any pressure on myself, I just go the pace I want. I think that's a really beautiful way to feel yourself and feel your body and see the city."

She Lifts Weights

You'd think that being a model wouldn't require you to have big muscles, but you'd be wrong. Hosk tells Coveteur that she likes to lift weights, and that this helps her with her modeling jobs, specifically being a Victoria's Secret Angel. "On the runway you're wearing really heavy wings and really high heels, so you need really strong legs so you don't fall."

She Avoids Restrictive Diets

Hosk is a model, but that doesn't mean she's on a super resitricitive diet. In fact, Hosk tells ELLE that she takes the opposite approach when it comes to food. "I am really bad at being on a diet. As soon as I tell myself, 'You have to eat this or that,' I am going to do the exact opposite,so I didn't tell myself anything." Hosk says that she focuses on being healthy most of the time, and enjoying what she eats. "I just tried to stay away from processed food. I feel like I have been working out so much I can eat what I want. I like to do it that way."

She Loves Dance Cardio Classes

When it comes to cardio, Hosk tells ELLE that she likes to keep it fun, and that she likes to do dance inspired exercises. "I've been training with Megan Roup, who does dance cardio. It's lots of toning moves for the glutes, legs, and arms. She's just really fun."
