She Doesn't Structure Her Meals

Hosk revealed to ELLE that she doesn't go on diets, as she feels that they don't work for her. She says that the hardest part about dieting is telling herself what she has to eat. Instead, she says that she focuses on eating what she wants, and that it helps her stay healthy in the long run. "I am really bad at being on a diet. As soon as I tell myself, 'You have to eat this or that,' I am going to do the exact opposite, so I didn't tell myself anything."

She Eats Heavy Meals and Avoids Snacks

Hosk broke down what a typical diet looks like to Stylecaster. She revealed that she eats three meals a day, and tries to avoid snacking as much as she can. In order to do this, she makes sure that her meals fill her up for the time period. "I don't usually snack at all. I have main meals, and I make sure I eat a lot so I survive to the next meal."

She Does Opposite Workouts

Hosk is in great shape, and she has a lot of favorite types of exercises to do. Hosk tells Marie Claire that she likes to do two workouts that have different effects on her body. "I love boxing, and I try to mix it up as much as I can. Boxing makes you kind of tight, so it's really good to mix that with barre, Pilates, or something that'll stretch you out and make you longer."

She's Comfortable With Her Body

Hosk is a new mom, and she is loving it right now. She tells New Beauty that having a baby has made her feel way more comfortable and confident with her body. "It has made me feel beautiful in so many ways! It made me accept myself in a whole new way. I don't sweat the small stuff or 'imperfections' anymore—I'm embracing it. There are more important things that our bodies do! I feel like it made me love myself, like truly love myself."

She Unwinds At The End Of The Day

Hosk not only has a busy schedule, she's also a new mother. This means that she has a busy schedule, and has to deal with a lot of stress. However, she tells New Beauty that she does prioritize time for herself each day. Hosk says that she has a go-to self-care routine. "I'm obsessed with a long bath. At the end of the day, when all work is done and Tuuli is in bed. Ah, the best!"
