She Embraces Her Stretch Marks and Cellulite
Bebe has struggled with self-love in the past, and is always encouraging fans to embrace their bodies. "I wanted to show you what I really look like. Yes I got thighs. Yes I got" a backside. "But here's what I …look like in my bathing suit. Here's my body. No filters, okay?," she said in a recent Instagram story. "It's just really hard because I find it hard to love myself sometimes and like when you see yourself looking" poorly, "it's like, yes I got stretch marks. Let me show you. I got stretch marks. I got cellulite, all of the above."
She "Respects" Her Natural Body
"I don't do surgery. I've never touched my body. Never done lipo[suction], never done any of that stuff," Bebe recently revealed. "I'm trying to be healthy and respect what God gave me," she said in the same video. "And I like to eat and I also take medicine that makes it really hard for me to lose weight."
She Eats Healthy
Bebe tries to eat healthy and drinks lots of water, which also makes her feel better. "When I have a bad week of eating, I feel so nasty — like when I eat tons of chips or croissants and whatever," she told People. "When I eat healthier and I drink more water and then I do even a little exercising or just try to live a little bit more actively, I feel so much better: I feel so much healthier, I feel so much sexier, and it's for myself. So I feel like that's a really important thing for me, to stay active and eat well."
She Cooks
Bebe loves whipping up dishes in the kitchen. "I absolutely love hosting dinner parties for my friends," she told Us. "I enjoy cooking Italian dishes. Penne alla vodka is my [specialty]!" Another one of her got-to dishes? "I love baking banana bread."
She Drinks Caffeinated Beverages
Bebe loves a little pick-me-up in the form of caffeine-infused drinks. "I have at least three coffees a day," she told Us. "My favorite drink when I go out is an Arnold Palmer."
She Likes to Box
Bebe is a big fan of exercising. One of her favorite workouts involves putting on some gloves. "I love boxing and have started training a lot during the pandemic," she told Us.
She Refuses to Deprive Herself
"I don't deprive myself. I just don't think that's fun," Bebe told Health. "I can be very clean. When I try to be healthier, it's no bread; no cheese or dairy, except in coffee; no sauces. My ultimate lunch: I'll order a salad with chicken and no croutons and a side of sweet potato fries. That's my balance. People are like, 'Pizza's bad.' Pizza's not bad if you have one slice with a healthy salad on the side! Or people will tell you, 'You can't eat bananas or grapes or watermelon—it's way too much sugar!' Stop right now. Seriously, just stop."
She Mixes Up Her Workouts
"I work out with my trainer Jeanette [Jenkins]; we change it up," Bebe told Health. "One day we'll do yoga; one day we'll do Pilates. We can run one day or box, which is my favorite. When I go to different places, I'll try to run or go to the gym—or I'll take cycling classes or boxing classes wherever I am. And I deal with my anxiety by working out. I can get out my aggression or anything I'm feeling I just want to get rid of. I also see my therapist. It's very helpful to talk to somebody."
