Dua Lipa
Singer Dua Lipa was subjected to harsh criticism and bullying on social media, after a performance of her dancing went viral. However, she tells Attitude that the experience has made her a lot stronger now, and pushed her to work harder. "It was a tough time, but I'm also so grateful for the experience because I became so much stronger. I became so much more confident after that. Now I know what I'm good at; I know how to be good at what I do; [and] I know how much work it takes to be good at what I do."
Halsey
Halsey welcomed their first child last year, and has been loving parenthood. They wrote on Instagram about how they are a lot more comfortable with their body now. "My body has felt like a stranger's for a long time. I uphold myself to honesty to the point of over sharing sometimes but this feels important. A lot of people don't know that you still look pregnant for a while after. It is still changing and I am letting it."
Julianne Hough
Dancer, singer, and actress Julianne Hough has a varied fitness routine. While dancing is obviously her favorite activity, she likes to try other things to keep herself in shape and entertained. "I love shocking my body by doing different things," she says to Delish. "I go through different waves of where I'm at, personally and mentally. Sometimes, I'm more relaxed, doing yoga and low-intensity things about two or three times a week. Usually, I'm like a five-to-six-times-a-week person, and it's very high intensity."
Brooke Burke
Model Brooke Burke has become a wellness and fitness icon in recent years. She even has her own workout program. Burke tells HollywoodLife that she intermittent fasts, and is very conscious about her diet. "I'll wake up and do coffee or a black tea. Sometimes I do bulletproof coffee, where I'll put in the butter and the heavy cream, which I think is really good. We need fat, it's all the things that we were trained not to do that really feed our brain and our skin, our hair. I do eat a lot of fat but I am pretty conscious of what I eat."
Sofia Richie
Model Sofia Richie revealed to Vogue that she has sensitive skin, which means she has to be careful about which products she uses. She says that one product that has helped with her skin is eye patches. "If I'm going to a shoot, I will wake up and drive with these all the way to the shoot until I get into the makeup chair," she says.
Reese Witherspoon
Actress Reese Witherspoon is open about her love of food, and her hatred of diets. She says that she doesn't believe in restricting herself when it comes to food, and focuses on working out and eating healthy. "I work out all the time anyway just to stay healthy," she told Us Weekly. "I don't believe in crash dieting or anything like that."
Georgia Fowler
Model Georgia Fowler says that she has to stay in shape all the time. She tells Buro that she doesn't like to just work out when she has a job or photoshoot coming up, as it is a more reliable lifestyle. "I try to stay in shape all the time, usually shoots or shows book only a few days prior so it's a bit late to be working on a six-pack by then!"
Julia Weiniawa
Singer Julia Weiniawa tells Viva that her biggest diet and wellness secret is staying consistent. "I exercise almost every day, don't eat the gluten that stuffs, and try to stick to my diets. Lots of sacrifices, but I can see the results." She does admit that she makes time for some indulgence days. "I make a cheat day for restaurants and sweets once a week and that's enough for me."
Madison Pettis
It can be difficult for child stars when they get older, but actress Madison Pettis says that she is working to avoid this. Pettis tells Teen Vogue, "Slowly as I've gotten older and done more mature roles, been a little sexier, people are like, 'Oh my god, you're ruining my childhood.' I'm like, you have to get with the progression. I'm the same age as you now. Right? Like, we were both eight and now we're 23."
