Chloe Madeley in Bathing Suit Has "Day 1 in Paradise"

Chloe Madeley, the fitness maven and personal trainer, is on vacation with her boyfriend, James Haskell, in Soneva Jani in the Maldives. And she's already posting several wish-we-were-there photos. She Works Out At Home

Madeley has her own fitness program and even wrote a book called The 4 Week Body Blitz. She says that she doesn't believe people need expensive gym equipment or a membership to do this program, or any workouts in general. Madeley says that working out can just be done at home. "You can do it at home – you don't need any equipment, just a bit of space around you," she says to Hello! Magazine.

She Stays Consistent

Madeley tells Hello! Magazine that her biggest weight loss secret is consistency. She says that this is the most important factor when it comes to losing fat. "It's taken five years to understand the exact science of shedding fat – you have to do the right kind of training, maintain the right kind of diet and you have to be consistent."

She Doesn't Work Out With Her Boyfriend

Madeley's boyfriend, James Haskell, is a professional rugby player. You'd think that this would mean that they like to train together. However, Madeley tells Hello! Magazine that they actually avoid working out together, since it gets too competitive. "It usually ends in a blow out row. He's a professional athlete and I'm a qualified personal trainer so there's a certain amount of ego and control! We're both trying to tell each other what to do and we're super competitive by nature."

She Makes Time To Relax

While Madeley is all about consistency when it comes to diet and fitness, she also says that she gives herself breaks from her routines. "If I have a big shoot and I'm gunning to get into shape I'll really be careful and consistent with my food but when I have a period off, I'll be more relaxed and balanced in my life," she says to Hello! Magazine.

She Eats Clean

When it comes to her diet, Madeley makes sure to eat healthy. She says that she mostly eats healthy, clean foods, and avoids processed ones. She writes on an Instagram post, "I eat 100 percent clean foods, so all natural foods such as chicken, fish, fruit, veg, whole grains like oats, sweet potato, nuts etc."
