She Works Out Her Legs
Hosk has a great figure, which means she does a lot of working out. Hosk has an impressive lower body, and she makes sure to never skip leg day. She shared some of her favorite leg and lower body exercises in a video with Harper's Bazaar. Hosk is seen doing skaters, lunges, leg pulses, clamshells, and side kicks in the video.
She Works Out Her Abs
Hosk also let people know what her go-to ab and core workouts are in a video for SELF. In the video, she is seen doing four different moves: standing oblique reaches and pulls, sliding pikes, core marches on a small medicine ball, and side plank twists. Hosk has a nearly flat stomach, so this workout is clearly effective.
She Gets Enough Sleep
Hosk tells The Cut that she prioritizes her beauty sleep. She says, "I'm usually good with six or seven hours. I get 6 most of the time, but sometimes I sleep, like, 13 hours. Sleep is so important. I think more important than we know. When I haven't slept, I'm not myself. I'm not as easy-going."
She Tries To Eat Healthy, Without Restricting Herself
Hosk tells ELLE that while she makes sure to eat healthy, she doesn't restrict herself so much. Hosk says that she avoids dieting, as it doesn't work for her. "I am really bad at being on a diet. As soon as I tell myself, 'You have to eat this or that,' I am going to do the exact opposite, so I didn't tell myself anything. I just tried to stay away from processed food."
She's On A Mostly Plant-Based Diet
In an interview with Coveteur, Hosk revealed that she was inspired to adapt a plant-based lifestyle. "I try to eat healthy and a plant-based diet. I watched the documentary What the Health, and it affected me a lot. I was like, 'OK, I have to change how I eat.' In Sweden we eat a lot of dairy, cheese, and eggs, so I've cut that out for the past 5 weeks and I'm seeing a big improvement in my skin and in my belly. And I feel much better. It makes you realize there's definitely something to it."
