She Rides Jet Skis

Khan loves to spend time by the water. One of her favorite beach activities is to ride jet skis. She posted this video on Instagram of herself and her friends jet skiing in the water. She captioned the video, "Hair flying, choppy waves but feeling so free. Laughing, screaming, singing I feel is the key. To living and loving and allowing yourself to be. And of course my girls make it easier to another degree."

She Does Pull-Ups

Khan remembers to work out her arms. One exercise that she loves to do is doing pull-ups. She posted this video on Instagram of herself doing pull-ups. She captioned the video, "For real results you have to push yourself! Or sometimes, pull yourself!"

She Loves Yoga

Khan is a big fan of practicing yoga. She posted this photo on Instagram of herself in a tree pose outside for International Yoga Day. She captioned the photo, "Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self." Khan also posted this photo series on Instagram with the caption, "Simplest ways to Sara's heart," and the first photo is herself in a tree pose.

She Loves Vitamins

Khan admitted in an interview with the BBC that she used to be a lot heavier when she was young. She said that when she was living in New York, she indulged in a lot of food. However, she decided to get healthier by buying vitamins and vitamin-rich food at a shop next to her favorite restaurant. "You know, I lived on 110 on Broadway and there used to be a Pizza place called Tom's Pizza. And for the first two years of my college, I have eaten so much of that pizza. I didn't even realize that there is this Vitamin shop, right next to Tom's Pizza, where you get these protein bars, salads. I think that was it, the movement from Tom's Pizza to Vitamin shop. And somewhere in the middle of that, I lost weight."

She Eats Healthy When She's Working

In a video with PinkVilla, Khan revealed what she usually eats in a day. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy whenever she has a job to do. She says, "When I'm working, I eat haldi, spinach, and hot water." "If you're having a hard time losing weight, adding a little extra spinach to your diet may help. A 2014 study published in Appetite found that, among a group of 38 overweight women who were given either a beverage containing spinach extract or a placebo, those given the spinach extract experienced up to a 95% reduction in food cravings and lost 43% more weight than members of the control group during the study period," says our sister site Eat This, Not That!
