Nusrat Jahan in Bathing Suit Says "Live Life Queen Size"
Nusrat Jahan, the actress and politician, just spent a day at the beach. She also posted a fun and gorgeous new reel on Instagram of her trip. In it, Jahan enjoyed the scenery. She wore a blue bathing suit top and a pale yellow and purple ombre pair of baggy pants. She captioned the reel, "Live life Queen size." She Exercises Outside
Jahan spilled some of her fitness and wellness secrets in an interview with Times of India. She says that she works out on a regular basis, but she doesn't enjoy going to the gym to do so. "I prefer to exercise outdoors than in a gym," she explained. "I have several gym memberships for which I paid a huge amount but didn't continue beyond three days."
She Loves Running and Cardio
Jahan tells Times of India that she loves to do cardio exercises, specifically running, to stay in shape. "My fave exercise is running, which I do without fail. I prefer cardio and yoga to weight training. Generally, I go to the Rabindra Sarobar Lake early in the morning for freehand exercises."
She Eats Healthy
Jahan broke down her daily diet to Times of India, and it's pretty healthy. "I start my day with a mug of green tea. My breakfast varies from day to day .I have loads of berries, which are rich in antioxidants. Whenever I am hungry, I have a seasonal fruit. My lunch comprises a small bowl of rice, fish, veg curry and yogurt. Everything is cooked in olive oil. I have light munch-ons in the evening and my dinner comprises soup and boiled chicken. I love desserts, so I have low-carb meals."
She Takes Care Of Her Hair
Jahan has an incredible set of locks. She revealed some of her haircare secrets in an interview with Indulge Express. "I maintain the utmost hair hygiene and ensure that it gets enough natural nutrition to maintain their strength and vitality. I apply coconut oil once a week and ensure what I eat is healthy. I also drink a lot of water to stay hydrated."
She Doesn't Diet
Jahan tells Indulge Express that she doesn't go on restrictive diets. She says that dieting to her is just eating healthy, and making sure she's full. "There is a great misconception about dieting as people see it as eating less. I, on the other hand, see it as eating right and ensuring that my body's nutritional requirements are met. So, it is more of healthy eating for me than consuming less or starving myself."
