Eat Healthy

Megan maintains a healthy but filling diet. "For breakfast I'll have waffle and beans for plus orange juice and a cappuccino mid-morning. Lunch is a chicken and vegetable stir fry with extra bean sprouts," she told Closer. "For dinner I'll make sausage and mash with onion gravy or filet steak with spinach and sweet potato followed by Solero ice cream for dessert." As for snacks, she munches on Peperami, Babybel cheese, Capri Sun, red grapes, garlic and jalapeño stuffed olives or Parma ham."

Take Your Health Issues Seriously

Megan stresses the importance of tackling your health issues. She suffers from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and recently explained  to MailOnline how it has impacted her health. "When I get really bloated my belly can swell up to the point where I literally look two months pregnant. I can go from that extreme, to having a really bad belly and losing weight – because if you can't keep [food] down, how are you going to keep it on?"she said. "I'm constantly working with new people every day of the week, and if I'm turning up to a new job and I have [bowel] issues, the last thing you want to be doing is running to the toilet, it's horrible. When I get a really bad bout of painful bloating and that urgency that I need to go to the toilet, and I'm out on a night out with my friends, there's been times when I've had to leave and go back." She also suffers from celiac disease and has openly discussed it.

Burn Calories on the Water

Megan loves water sports. She spends a lot of time in the sea, burning calories while enjoying the outdoors. A few of her favorite activities? Jet skiing and paddleboarding, regularly sharing photos of her sessions on social media. "Morning paddle board with the baby sharks," she captioned this Instagram Reel.

Go Gluten-Free

Because of her celiac diagnosis, Megan avoids all gluten. She even published her own cookbook called, Can You Make That Gluten Free? "Years of showing you guys my recipes on here, hundreds of lovely messages weekly asking am I ever going to release one? And here it is! I'm very proud of myself!" she wrote on social media.

Enlist the Help of a Canine

While Megan isn't into the idea of breaking a sweat at the gym, she stays in shape with the help of her canine companion. "I really don't work out that much, but I take my poodle Daisy out for a walk every day. It's really more about what I eat," she told Closer. "Whether you're an older adult, a patient dealing with mental health conditions or a caregiver, it's easy to feel alone and overwhelmed. Depression isn't uncommon, either, a byproduct of isolation and loneliness," says the Cleveland Clinic. "In these cases, bonding with an animal can help fill this void with social support and, from dogs in particular, unconditional love."
