Rosalía is on fire in Santorini! The Spanish singer steamed up social media this week, flaunting her swerving curves in a brown swimsuit while vacationing in the Greecian seaside city. Dance

If you want a fabulous figure like Rosalía, you are going to have to hit the dance floor. She doesn't divulge much about her workout routine, but did reveal in a New York Times profile that she takes flamenco dance classes. Why is it so effective as a form of cardio? The dance form is basically a full body workout, involving movement of the hands, arms, legs, and torso.

Take Care of Your Skin

Rosalía has a great beauty tactic: Invest in your skin, so you don't have to wear a lot of makeup. During a beauty tutorial with Vogue, she detailed her routine. She added to Haute Living that during the pandemic, she prioritizes her skin. "I think that during quarantine, I got a little bit more disciplined [with my skincare routine] because I had more time," she said.

She Enjoys the Outdoors

Rosalía loves doing outdoor activities. No only does she burn calories and shape up, but gets in Vitamin D. Snowboarding, boating, and dirt biking are a few of the ways she stays active.

Take Vitamins

Rosalía is all about vitamins and supplements. "I take L-Carnitine before working out," she revealed. Then she takes an artichoke extract supplement, claiming it helps lower cholesterol and speed up metabolism, B-complex, and vitamin D."

Try Gua Sha

Rosalía swears by an ancient Chinese technique called Gua Sha. As part of her routine, she places a few drops of oil on the face and uses a crystal roller to do a facial massage. "I feel it helping release the tension," she said. After, she used another flat crystal to scrape her skin. "You will love what happens when you do it everyday," she exclaimed during her Vogue video.

Drink Juice

Rosalía starts her day with a glass of juice, but not a trendy, green kind. "I really like to drink juices in the morning. This is grapefruit juice," she revealed to Vogue. "the easiest thing you can do to trim your waist is to eat half a grapefruit before each meal. You could lose up to an inch in just six weeks! That's what happened in a study published in the journal Metabolism. According to the researchers, grapefruit's natural phytochemicals have fat-melting properties," says Eat This, Not That!
