Madison oozes self-confidence, regularly sharing photos of herself. Her trademark hashtag is a perfect example of how she encourages self-love: #justrememberyourebeautiful. "Positive thinking doesn't mean that you keep your head in the sand and ignore life's less pleasant situations. Positive thinking just means that you approach unpleasantness in a more positive and productive way. You think the best is going to happen, not the worst," says the Mayo Clinic.

Play Tennis

Lewis hits the court when she wants a social and fun workout. She even posted this video on her Instagram story of herself playing tennis with a friend. Per ACE Fitness tennis is a great cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Meal Prep Veggie Trays

Madison makes sure to get her veggies by meal prepping. She divides up plastic containers, adding carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and celery, adding a little ranch dressing in the center.  "Carrots contain a compound called beta-carotene that's converted to vitamin A in your body. Vitamin A promotes eye health, and it also reduces your risk for cancer," says the Mayo Clinic. "The carrot's potassium aids in controlling blood pressure. And its vitamin C boosts your immune system."

Cheat

Madison indulges in lots of treats. Cookies, Oreos, hamburgers, banana pancakes, and tacos are a few of the guilty pleasures she has shared in her Instagram Stories. "Making the classic beef taco at home is much easier than you think. The trick is to use a good amount of seasoning, mixed with water, in order to make a taco sauce. That sauce is what makes the meat taste delectable and will have you eating taco after taco after taco," says Eat This, Not That!

Do Strength Training

Madison is one of the many stars who train at the celeb mecca gym The Dogpound. She regularly works out with their trainers, including Kirk Meyers, Josh Lopez, and Kevin Mejia. doing a variety of strength and weight training moves, using kettlebells, free weights and exercise bands.

Find a Workout Buddy

Madison is a big fan of the workout buddy system. Amongst her go-to fitness friends? Bryce Hall and Timothy Brundige. "Socializing with others in virtual or in-person fitness classes can help boost your mood. Find a buddy to motivate and support you," says the Cleveland Clinic. "Regular physical activity can lower blood pressure, improve your cholesterol profile and help control blood sugar."

Be Transparent

In April 2021 Madison confessed to going under the knife. "I know a lot of you are like, 'What!? Why did she get a nose job??' I got one because I didn't like my side profile … and I was either going to change it now or later, so I did now. I didn't have to get surgery on anything, I wanted to. So I did," she said in an Instagram Story.
