She Doesn't Work Out a Lot
When asked by a fan how she stays in shape, Tanya responded that she doesn't do much, per Daily Star. "I do Barry's Bootcamp once or twice a week, I work out really hard when I do it, but I am not very dedicated to it and can go three weeks without doing one," she said.
She Doesn't Diet
You won't find Tanya on a super restrictive eating regime. "My secret is not trying to diet anymore and so then it's so much easier and you're not thinking ooo I can't eat that which just makes you want it more," she added to the fan. "I eat all foods and alcohol, just whatever I feel like that day."
She Stays Super Busy
After losing a lot of weight in 2018, she added that it was mostly due to her busy lifestyle. "It's really hard, because the thing that made me lose weight was not trying, not caring, having a lot of other things to think about and focus on. I was super busy when I was doing the play," she said.
She Indulges
If Tanya wants to eat brownies and ice cream at midnight, she won't stop herself. "Midnight feast," she captioned this Instagram image of one of her late night sweet treat sessions. "Nighttime snacking adds a lot of unneeded calories," says Dr. Joseph Murray, a Mayo Clinic gastroenterologist, to the Mayo Clinic. "Our body's metabolism is slowing down, and we are still shoveling fuel into a vessel that doesn't need it."
She Starts Her Day with This Drink
Hot water with lemon? A green juice? No. Tanya's first drink of the day is a hot cup of coffee. In many of her Instagram images you will find her sipping on a cup. "Anytime the health benefits of coffee are discussed, it's important to keep in mind that how you prepare your coffee matters greatly. For example, drinking Greek coffee black is going to yield much better health results than loading it up with cream and sugar," says Eat This, Not That! "In fact, most of the health issues related to coffee have very little to do with the coffee itself and mostly to do with how we like to dress up our coffee here in America."
