She Takes Barre Classes
Tran revealed some of her favorite foods and exercises in an interview with Muscle and Fitness. She says that she likes to take classes at the gym, and singles out one in particular. "I do barre classes. Barre is good for the thighs and the booty, and I'm all about the booty."
She Weight Trains
Tran does a lot of strength training. She tells Muscle and Fitness, "I use machines. I do squats and sumo squats with the bar on my shoulders, and lunges with dumbbells. I'm tiny, so I don't want to use too much weight."
She Cut Out Meat
Tran revealed to Muscle and Fitness that she has made a lot of changes to her diet. While she isn't restricting herself or going on a trendy diet, she is cutting out some food. "I cut out red meat and pork. I want to be slim thick: slim but still kind of thick at the same time.
She Loves Veggies
Another change Tran made to her diet is eating more veggies. "I've been eating more vegetables," she says to Muscle and Fitness. "I love kale now."
She Loves Hot Yoga
Tran loves to practice hot yoga. She tells HollywoodLife, "I love that it isn't just a workout. I can also detox my skin, my face, my body, just everything. It just makes me feel so good and powerful. Not only are you cleansing your body and your face, you're just stretching and you're flexible."
