She Wants To Be An Inspiration
Gupta wants to be an inspiration to young girls. She tells GulfNews, "I remember seeing my young cousins in Dubai and them fretting about being a size four. But I told them, you can be any size but focus on being healthy and fit. I don't want to have a daughter tomorrow who's concerned that she isn't thin."
She Loves Yoga
Gupta loves to practice yoga. She tells GulfNews that she has been practicing yog since she was young, and started appreciating it when she got older. "As I grew up, I realised the importance of yoga. Since college, I have been practicing yoga out of my own free will. I wake up at 6am and I go to bed by 10.30pm every day. While I am usually hyper as a person, yoga grounds me."
She Doesn't Use Her Phone When Working Out
Gupta tells GulfNews that she doesn't use her phone at the gym, and encourages others to do the same. "Keep your phones away during the session and don't worry about taking selfies. Try to be in the moment and try to forget your problems at work, home or office."
She Keeps Her Blood Pressure Up
Gupta tells IDiva.com that she has to eat on a regular basis. "I am vegetarian and I love my food. The moment I wake up I have to eat. If I don't eat, I feel like my blood pressure is dropping. I get crabby if I have gone more than half an hour without eating."
