Actress, singer, and author Lea Michele has stays as fit as she was in her Glee days. Michele just got back from a weekend in The Hamptons with her friends. She just posted a series of photos from the trip on Instagram. In them, Michele enjoyed time on a sailboat. She wore a long white button down with a black bikini underneath. She Has A Lot Of Wellness Secrets

Michele revealed some of her wellness secrets to Us Weekly. She explains that her routine contains a lot of different things. She says that this helps her stay consistent, and cover all the bases. "It's not one thing, it's not two things, it's a lot of things combined that I feel all together really contribute to making me look and feel my absolute best."

She Drinks Celery Juice In The Mornings

Michele's wellness routine begins early each day. She tells Us Weekly that she likes to drink celery juice each morning to flush her system out. "Celery juice is so incredibly good for your liver and it is a great cleanse first thing in the morning. I've seen it improve my digestion so much."

She Cooks

One way Michele makes sure to eat healthy is by cooking a lot of her own food. She tells Us Weekly, "I've been cooking more lately than I ever have in my entire life. There's no food that can give me better nutrition than the food that I can make myself because I know every single ingredient that I am putting in."

She Eats Healthy

Michele makes sure to eat healthy. In fact, she says that her diet has helped her avoid cravings for junk food. "I don't crave fast food or fatty foods or salty foods because I am giving my body so many incredible nutrients," she explained to Us Weekly. "I never feel deprived, yet the majority of the things I am eating throughout the day are vegetables and greens. I feel so energized by the food that I'm eating. It enriches my body and gives me every single thing that I need."

She Still Indulges Once In A While

While Michele eats a healthy diet, but she doesn't cut out her favorite foods. She tells SELF that she still indulges once in a while. "I try to stay on the healthier side, but I'm also Italian, so Italian food is my absolute favorite," she says. "A great bowl of pasta is also my favorite dinner for me."
