UFC ring girl Arianny Celeste is ready for the warm weather. She has broken out her swimsuits for Instagram. Celeste is modeling new swimsuits from her line in two different posts. In one, she posed on a cliff in a pink and white flower bikini and matching wrap. In the other, she sat in a chair wearing a multicolored leopard swimsuit, captioning it, "Cruel Summer." She Takes Glutamine
Celeste has to get enough protein in her diet. She tells Muscle and Fitness that while she isn't always a fan of supplements and powders, she does like to use one in her diet. "I do use glutamine. I put it in my protein shakes, and it really helps with muscle soreness." "Glutamine is a substance naturally produced in the body to help regulate cell growth and function. There may also be man-made versions of these substances. Glutamine is used together with human growth hormone and a specialized diet to treat short bowel syndrome," says the Mayo Clinic.
She Enjoys Cravings
Celeste has to eat healthy. But for her, that doesn't mean ignoring her favorite indulgences. She tells Muscle and Fitness that she believes in eating a balanced diet. "If you're craving something, eat it. Otherwise, you're going to eat something else that won't satisfy you, and eventually you'll eat what you craved anyway. Just don't overdo it."
She Loves Muay Thai
Celeste loves to do full-body workouts. Her favorite exercises are lower body ones. She tells Muscle and Fitness that she has a favorite workout that combines both of her favorites. "Muay Thai is also great for the butt—it's a full-body workout. You can feel your abs and glutes work when you're kicking. I train with guys, and I've definitely slapped a couple around!"
She Mixes Up Her Workouts
For Celeste, working out is all about variety. She tells Women Fitness, "I try to mix it up, so I don't get bored. It's important to do different workouts to shock the body, so it doesn't get used to the same workout day after day. This allows you to build muscle and burn calories. I think it's all about trying new things and evolving yourself.
She Takes Care Of Her Skin
Celeste makes sure to take care of her skin. She described her process to Women Fitness. "I learned early on that certain things are a must in a skincare regimen. First of all, never go to bed with make-up because there are all kinds of chemicals in make-up that are not good for your skin. Washing your face day and night is essential, incorporating a vitamin C serum, eye cream, and moisturizer with SPF."
