She Starts Her Day Off on a Healthy Note

Stassie maintains a healthy morning diet, detailing her routine in a YouTube video. She starts out with an iced vanilla latte, which consists of a few shots of espresso with vanilla sweetener from starbucks and oat milk. Next up? Avocado toast. "We make it different every day," she says. "Sometimes we add eggs." This day she makes it with sourdough bread, avocado mash, tomato, and feta cheese.

This Is Her Smoothie Recipe

Stassie is a big fan of smoothies, which she generally drinks prior to working out. In her YouTube video she revealed the recipe? Bananas, strawberries, blueberries, probiotic green powder, peanut butter, and protein powder. In a 2012 study in Current Nutrition and Food Science, researchers put a group of obese adults on a regimen in which they replaced both breakfast and dinner with a high-protein, nutrient-rich smoothie. That was all: no exercise, no limit on what else they could eat. After 12 weeks, the subjects lost up to 18.5 pounds and reported significant improvements in "physical functioning, general health, vitality and mental health."

She Cooks Her Own Meals

Stassie cooks a lot of her own meals from scratch. In her video she reveals her go-to chicken noodle soup recipe. It includes carrots, onion celery, chicken stock, noodles, and shredded white chicken, which she cooks the night before. She Works Out

In her YouTube video, Stassie reveals that she starts her morning with a "two mile walk-slash-run." In another video she revealed her gym workout, which includes strength training exercises like weighted squats and barbell bench presses. "If you can't tell, my arms are jello," she joked during the workout.

She Has Workout Buddies

Stassie rarely works out alone. Two of her uber-famous workout buddies? Kendall and Kylie Jenner, of course. "Look for someone with the same goals, schedule, and commitment you have. Someone who makes you feel positive and inspires you to hit the trail or treadmill on a regular basis," says the CDC. "How do you find the right fit? Talk to friends, co-workers, neighbors, people at the gym. Or find a buddy closer to home: What about a hike with your dog, who thinks every walk is the best walk ever? Now quality time is also fitness time. Good move!"
