Eat Healthy
Chantel "eats pretty healthy" but insists her method is "not really dieting." "'There's things I don't eat, and it's become a lifestyle," she dished to Daily Mail. "I have problems with a lot of different foods and when I eat them I don't feel so good so I try to stick to exactly what I'm supposed to eat so that I don't feel sick and then I just stay in shape because everything's pretty healthy." Her diet is "high protein, high fat," per the diet journal she once posted on Twitter. Turkey bacon, coconut, olives, avocado, ground turkey, eggs, kale, mushroom, peppers, spinach, fish, chia seeds, and cauliflower rice are some of her go-to foods. "I try to stay away from sugar as much as possible," she added to the Daily Mail. "I don't eat dairy or gluten because I'm allergic."
Walk Your Way to Better Digestion
After Chantel eats, she likes to go for a walk. "'Whenever I'm home, every time I finish a large meal I like to go for a nice walk. It's good to digest your food and clear your head anyways," she told Daily Mail.
Hydrate
Chantel prioritizes hydration. In her food diary, she revealed that she avoids fruit juice and instead drinks "lots of water."
Exercise
Chantel devotes a lot of time to exercise. In a YouTube video she revealed that cycling, hiking, swimming, and roller skating are a few of her go-tos. "A good way to stay motivated is doing different things," she says. She also does strength training at The Dogpound, a celebrity filled gym that focuses on HIIT style workouts and boxing.
Coordinate Outfits to Activities
While Chantel likes to look good, she maintains that coordinating outfit per activity also helps her feel good. "It's really important that you plan your outfits according to your activities, because you wanna make sure that you're comfortable, and that you have the best experience," she told Pretty Little Thing.
