She Eats Healthy

Rosenthal's diet consists mainly of "fruits, proteins and tea," she said. And she does things in moderation. "I don't think extremes are good, but I try not to consume sugar in all its forms," she said.

2

She Starts With Breakfast

Rosenthal believes that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. She has "whole wheat bread with avocado or egg or with tomato and ham or goat cheese," she said. "A fruit smoothie, or whole fruit. And a tea, green, blue, anything but the traditional one."

3

She Works Out — With Dogs

Rosenthal posted an Instagram video of her unusual workout routine — with her dogs, Madonita and Farkitas. "Exercise is always good and strengthening," she said in Spanish. "Not just for our body but for our mind and spirit too. It does us good psychologically and physically. It's a way to cultivate with love and enjoyment."

4

She Knits With Her Family

Rosenthal keeps close with her family — sister, mother, grandmother — by knitting together. "For me it meant the importance of the transfer of these traditions, or trades that are linked with the artistic and creative, which transcends the times, with great powers of transformation, delivering genuine love," she posted on Facebook. Having a close relationship with family helps a person cope with stress, can increase longevity, improves psychological well-being and is good for cardiovascular health, according to the Piedmont health system.

She Has a Dog

As noted above, she dotes on her canine companions. Owning a dog makes a person more physically active, reduces feelings of isolation and loneliness, calms the nerves and lowers blood pressure and heart rate, according to Harvard University's T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
