Don't Live on a Diet
Lucy eats healthy most of the time. Sometimes she goes on diets. However, she makes sure to enjoy food she likes as well. Mix Up Your Workouts
Lucy maintains a lot of variety in her workouts. She enjoys snow sports and taking group fitness classes. "LOVED my first pole fitness class at @kellyameliafitness today!" she captioned this photo from one of her workouts.
Do Yoga
Lucy is all about yoga. She takes classes and also practices at home with her pooch. "Me and my lil sushi roll are practicing some serious self love this weekend! And we're kicking that off with a bit of yoga in the kitchen," she captioned this photo.
Commit to a Plan
Lucy believes that making a plan and sticking to it is the key to getting and staying in shape. "I'm not happy with my body at the moment," she told The Mirror. "So I'm going to the gym and doing something about it, rather than talking about it. I started with a personal trainer last week, and I'm going to do the plan and actually commit to it."
Try to Be Body Confident
Lucy is honest about her body confidence struggles. And, she is okay with not being completely secure all of the time. "I get insecure about things. I think body confidence is one of those things that concerns everybody. No one is ever completely happy with how they look," she told The Sun.
