Her Job Keeps Her Motivated to Stay in Shape

What is the biggest motivator for Sandra to stay in shape? "My job of course.. looking back at how far I have come, keeps me motivated even more. I can't wait to see what's going to happen next, that's why I always want to be the best version of myself," she told Naluda Magazine

She Exercises

Sandra is committed to fitness. She revealed to Naluda that she does one hour of Thai boxing & 30 minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT) everyday except for Sunday. "Also I take spinning classes twice a week," she added. As for cardio, she does at least one hour six days a week.

She Eats What She Wants

Sandra has a moderate approach to diet. "I mostly eat whatever I want, but don't drink soda. When I have a special project coming up where I need my body to be it's best I start cutting out carbs and sugar the week before," she said. Her favorite healthy food? "I love Avocado toast on a gluten free bread and kale salads." She also loves Sushi.

Her Biggest Health Advice

When it boils down to it, staying in shape is easy, according to Sandra. Her biggest piece of advice for anyone who wants to lose weight? "Eat less and run more."

Sunday Is Her Cheat Day

On Sunday, Sandra kicks back, skips her workout, and indulges in some of her favorite foods. When asked how she spends her rest day she responded: "Laying in bed watching tv and surround by my favorite foods." For breakfast, that would be fried chicken and waffles.
