Kendall Jenner is schooling the world of social media on self-love in her swimsuit! The 26-year-old shows off her famous figure via her latest post, wearing a swimsuit in a few of the images. She Takes Care of Her Skin

Kendall maintains a simple approach to skincare. "I'm very simple and lazy with my beauty routine. I wouldn't say I'm that daring. But I've always been super OCD about washing my face—and that's even before I started modeling. But it's definitely enhanced now because I wear so much makeup all the time. I wash my face at least two or three times a day," she told Byrdie. Who helped her create a skincare regimen? "My sisters," she said, "since they're a little bit older than Kylie and I, they've always wanted to help prevent anything that they've gone through when they were our age. So they're like, Never touch your face, never pick your face, always wash your face, and wear eye cream. They literally give us everything that we should do. So ever since then, we've started taking skincare really seriously."

She Hydrates

Kendall prioritizes hydration. She told Vogue that investing in a high quality water bottle helps her drink the water she needs. "You can't go wrong with an insulated canteen water bottle. Having it on hand reminds me to drink water throughout the day, and I keep it on my bedside table too," she said. "I typically use Takeya. So, always water to stay hydrated."

She Exercises

Kendall has an exercise confession. "I hate cardio," she told Byrdie. "I'd rather just stand there and lift some weights than run in place. But I'll do it!" What exercises does she like? Ab and butt exercises like squats and planks.

Jenner told Byrdie that her healthy eating diet includes grilled chicken and rice. "But I love everything unhealthy," she added. "Pizza, fried chicken, everything."

She Meditates Before Bed

Kendall takes time to unwind at the end of her day. "I usually drink tea and relax by reading a book or writing in my journal," she told Vogue."I have struggled with anxiety for years and it can have good and bad days. If I need to wind down, I really make a point to take 15 minutes to meditate to settle my anxiety so I can get a good night's rest."
