Eat Healthy
After undergoing breast enhancement surgery, Chloe decided to go on a diet. "I felt I had put some weight on after having my boobs done. So I'm getting back in there," she told The Sun. She stuck to lean proteins and clean carbs. "I have about 1,300 calories a day, and obviously, I have chicken, rice, boiled eggs, protein shakes, and all that sort of stuff."
Get Addicted to Exercise
If you want to get into great shape like Chloe, you are going to have to like it. The star claims she is "addicted" to working out. "I've got a gym in my house, so any time I'm feeling down I go downstairs to the treadmill," she told The Sun.
Be Honest About Your Body
Chloe, who admits to having a plastic surgery addiction, openly talks about the changes she has made. "Yes I admit I had liposuction and the thing is with surgery people think that when you get it you just stay skinny. You don't you, literally, I feel like you put the weight on back quicker straight after you have got to be healthy because it just come back on you," she said. "Obviously after getting surgery and stuff my body is totally different to when I had surgery to what I look like now because I have literally been going to the gym every single day."
Think of the Final Products
Chloe once admitted to Closer that she was seriously restricting her eating, and revealed her trick: She would focus on the final product. "I'm really, really starving on my diet so I'm going to have three boiled eggs. Just three boiled eggs, yep," she said. "Anyone who is out there on a diet who is really, really struggling, I don't have any advice for you because I know it's hard. But just think of the next morning when you've ate good you feel so mint about yourself."
Find Joy in Losing Weight
Some people are addicted to food, but Chloe claimed she was "addicted to weight loss" in 2016. "I think when you see how much you've improved, that's when you get really addicted to it. So when I saw the difference that I'd lost weight that's when I got addicted to it and I just want to keep going," she said.
