Faye Brookes is one of the stars of Britain's popular soap, Coronation Street. She's currently on vacation in Phuket, Thailand. Brookes just posted a new beach photo on Instagram. She Uses Eye Cream
Brookes revealed some of her wellness tips in an interview with Express. One thing she revealed was her favorite beauty tips. "Always use an eye cream. Women age quicker than men so we have to start looking after our eyes at an early age. I started using it when I was 18! My favourite is one from an Australian natural cosmetics range called Arbonne."
She's A Runner
Brookes tells Express that she does a lot of cardio workouts. Specifically, she loves to go running. "I work out every day and I like running. I was planning to do the London Marathon for Macmillan this year, but due to an injury I've had to defer my place to next year."
She Gets A Vitamin Drips
Brookes revealed some of her favorite wellness tips and spots to Great British Life. She says that she likes to get vitamin drips when she is low. "If I'm feeling run down or need a quick boost, I'll go to Reviv and get a vitamin drip. I visit the Knutsford branch."
She Still Indulges
When it comes to her diet, Brookes says that she still indulges from time to time. She tells Great British Life, "I definitely have a glass of red wine or two in a beautiful restaurant and give myself permission to have whatever I want to eat! There are definitely a few gems to indulge in, my favourites are, Victors in Hale, The Ivy Brasserie, The French at The Midland or Rosso."
She Spends Time At Home
Brookes has a busy schedule. However, she always makes time to relax. "I always want to have my home comforts around me," she says to Great British Life. "That truly relaxes me."
