Sonia Kruger is having a blast in her bathing suit! The Australian television host shows off her incredible figure in a blue swimsuit in one of her latest posts. She Dances

Sonia's main for of fitness is dancing. "Dancing itself is one of the best forms of fitness there is because it's cardiac, it's a great cardio workout. It's toning. It's great from a muscular perspective. It's great for the joints because you're using your own body weight as resistance. It has everything. You only have to look at the dancers' bodies on Dancing with the Stars," she told Who.

She Is Dedicated

"I think sometimes we beat ourselves up over 5kg, when really it's not that hard to shift it. You just have to have a little bit of dedication," Sonia explained to Who. "If you can devote a window of time to it, like 12 weeks and just get the job done, then you're good again."

She Eats Healthy Most of the Time

"Be good 80 per cent of the time and 20 percent of the time have a blowout," Sonia told Now to Love about her approach to diet. "I have to say nothing is off the menu for me," she added to Who. "I do love food. I do love a cocktail, especially at this time of year, who doesn't?" She also cheats on occasion. "I've developed a bit of a sweet tooth over the years, so chocolate is something that I find very hard to resist."

She Does Strength Training

Sonia does one to two weekly sessions of strength and resistance training a week. "Things like pull-downs, push-ups, pull-ups," she revealed to Now to Love. "The good thing with resistance training is that people always say to you as you get older you really need to do it – and it's not just women, it's men too because of things like osteoarthritis."

She Doesn't Overload on Carbs

Sonia, who tries to listen to her body when it comes to eating, tries to stay away from carbohydrates. "I try to stay away from overloading on carbs, because I know what I eat that works and the things that are really big red flags for me… like, pasta, white rice [and] bread," she told Now to Love.
