Healthy eating is crucial to Alexa's stay-fit success. At the press conference of "The Good Son" Alexa revealed that she was on the Ketogenic diet, per Star Cinema. She explained that it is a "low carb and high-fat" diet, allowing her to eat dairy and fatty food.
She Drinks Coffee…with This Added
"My coffee, it's not normal coffee… It has virgin coconut [oil]," Alexa shared in the same post. Her concoction is very similar to Bulletproof coffee. The added fat is said to keep hunger at bay.
