Rebekah also drinks a lot of water. "It may be boring but drink plenty of water. Dehydration can add to feeling stressed and down. If you are breastfeeding, drink before, during and after feeding to keep topped up. Remember hydration is important for everyone, not just breastfeeding mums. To make it more interesting, add fruit to your water. I like lemon," she told The Sun.

She Exercises

"Exercise is a real stress reliever for me, whether it's going to the gym or out for a walk with the kids and dogs," she told The Sun in another interview. "I find exercising early in the morning works best for me as it gives me an energy boost for the day." When it comes to my body, I exercise to keep toned. My thighs, bum and tummy want to be wobbly so even though I don't care about being slim any more, I do try and keep the jiggle under control."
