"Workout in style," she captioned this photo from her workout session. In it, she does cardio on the treadmills, does pull downs using equipment, and squats with free weights. "Fitness is not about being better than someone else. It's about being better than you used tobe," she added.

She Drinks Coffee

Neha is also a coffee drinker. "Tag the Coffee ☕️ Lover," she captioned this post. Should you drink coffee? According to science, yes. She is also on a low carb, "detox diet," which involves eating a lot of protein. According to the publication it helps flush toxins out of her body. However, she is a foodie and will indulge on occasion in chocolate or ice cream.

She Hydrates

She also prioritizes hydration. One of her favorite thirst-quenching beverages? Coconut water, which she drinks directly from the shell. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
