In this Instagram partnership with PUMA, Forsberg is seen doing different weight training exercises. She is seen doing bridge raises with a dumbbell and bicep curls with a hand weight. Forsberg also posted these photos from the gym using a kettlebell and hand weights. She captioned it, "Always active and ready."

Forsberg likes to practice meditation. She shared this video on Instagram of herself meditating on Le Mourne Mountain. She captioned the post, "This mediation up there at La Morne Mountain was a huge heart opener. I'll meditate every single day to stay close to my feelings."

She Practices Yoga

Forsberg loves to practice yoga. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself in different poses. She posted this photo of herself in a handstand pose in Marbella, Spain. Forsberg captioned it, "Yoga is like music. The rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind, and the harmony of the soul."

She Makes Vegan Bowls

In addition to working out, Forsberg makes sure to eat healthy. She shares photos of a lot of her favorite meals on Instagram. One thing she enjoys are vegan smoothie bowls. She shared one of her recipes in this Instagram post. "ACAI VEGAN MORNING. So refreshing & delicious. Here's the recipe:  1 frozen banana, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 cup frozen raspberries, 1 strip of lemon, 1 tbsp of acai, splash of coconut milk. Topped with berries, natural nuts & coconut flakes. Amazing start of the day."

Another thing Forsberg likes to eat is salad. She shared this photo of herself enjoying different salads in Bali on Instagram. In it, Forsberg enjoyed salads with different greens, radishes, falafel, oranges, and nuts. She captioned it, "I like to call this, Lunch Goals. Last day with mum & dad before heading to Lembongan."
