She Hikes

Nancy often heads outdoors and gets her sweat on by going on a hike. "Hiking in my favorite body suit!" she captioned a recent post. According to the National Parks Service, hiking offers many physical benefits including building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It

She Takes Workout Classes

Nancy is involved in a lot of group fitness classes, especially those that keep her motivated. She Does Cardio

Nancy does a lot of cardio. She enjoys running on the treadmill. "5 miles in 55 minutes, ya girl is feeling amazing!" she captioned a post. According to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans, each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle strengthening activity.

She Drinks Coffee

Nancy also enjoys coffee. "What's your morning beverage? ☕️ I'll have a skinny vanilla latte with oat milk.. k, thanks!" she wrote in one Instagram Post. Science endorses the health benefits of drinking coffee. A 2022 study published in European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death, with "significant reductions" in the risk for coronary heart disease, congestive heart failure and stroke.

She Does a Lot of Push Ups
